This is for a kitten. Not a full grown cat. My cats wouldn’t even go near it. Since they don’t let u return the product make sure u know ur cats are ok with tight spaces. Other then that its a huge waste of money. Got a litter Robot 4 which I was trying to avoid paying that price. But it’s true u get what u pay for. I would recommend spending the extra bit then buying this one. Also the bottom of this litter box is cloth. I don’t know how well that will work for cats that do use it sense u can’t change it and wash it out. ... show more

    • We went back to an regular litter box
I love having this litter box, it's pretty easy to set up but it get super messy. There's no setting to alert you when the bag is full so keep an eye on it. We have 2 cats so we change it every other day. I wouldn't recommend using any granulated litter because it's just so messy. It gets stuck to the side of the box and it's hard to clean off. It starts to stink so occasionally I will have to take it all apart and deep clean it. Which is complicated but not unlike a regular litter box or any other robotic box as far as I know. It's fairly large, both my cats can get in and out with ease (one of them is a 12 year old declawed picky princess, im obsessed with her) and it's super quiet. I never know it's cleaning unless I hear the tofu litter rolling around in there. It does go offline occasionally, which means you need to unplug it and plug it back in. It's an easy fix. It's pretty sturdy, so far it hasn't broken or anything, and I'm known to break things easily lol. All in all: Its pretty hard to deep clean so avoid clay or sandy litter, check the bags regularly, check the app regularly, kinda bulky but definitely big enough for larger cats, super quiet and effective. It requires cleaning from time to time if you use sandy or clay litter. I'll edit my review on how it does with tofu litter, hopefully it preforms better. UPDATE: We ended up going back to a regular litter box, upon my last deep cleaning, which was yesterday, I found a large puddle of old urine sitting at the bottom of the base, which had also leaked through to my floor. Even with the tofu litter this box just stopped working. In the beginning, it was great. But at the 3 month mark, it stopped filtering the waste out, there was also urine sitting under the pad. We ended up throwing away the box and getting a regular litter box, as it's much cleaner and easier to clean. If I were you, I would save my money. Hope this helps :) ... show more

Like that it works well. Dislike as the directions were confusing, talked about a white light when we only saw a blue and red lights.

Hard to fill with litter, goes offline at least once every few days. Bags fill easy, and set up simple. Closure pops open very easily

This litter box was easy to set up. It has an app that you can tell when your cats use the litter box my cats which I four took it nicely and started using it right away.
