Do not buy this product or any other product from this company!!! I am not giving it any stars but had to check 1 star to submit this review. I would give 100+ NEGATIVE stars if that was an option!!! 😡🤬 The pool robot worked fine in the beginning and then after several months stopped working. I contacted the product support/customer service and they sent a replacement. The replacement worked fine in the beginning as well but after several months also stopped working. I called customer support again and they sent me an email with several requests to which I complied. After complying with their requests they stopped communicating with me. I emailed multiple times with no response and finally called customer support again. I was told a replacement was being ordered and mailed to me within two weeks. After a month no replacement has been received. I tried calling customer service multiple times and only get a busy signal, and my emails continued to be ignored. I even went online to their website and started a chat with their customer support and received no response to my inquiry. After a month and a half I finally get this email response from Seauto: “Hello! We are extremely sorry to inform you that our product is currently out of stock,so there is no inventory available at the moment, you would need to wait for a significant amount of time. Given that it is currently the peak season for swimming pools, we are concerned that this might affect your pool experience,so we are willing to offer you a 20% refund. You can then purchase a new machine on Amazon, and it will be delivered to you within just a few days. We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused . Thank you for your understanding and patience. support@seautorobots.com This is not acceptable!!! If there is inventory to order on Amazon, why can’t they send me a replacement??!!! This is my first pool robot. Pool is 16x32 The WORSE thing that I’ve found is that while in wall mode it occasionally hits the skimmer and of course all water is blocked if the pump is going. Turn pump off before to save from the pump running dry. My pool has sloped sides in the deep end at 9 feet deep and slopes up to the shallow end at 3 feet deep so I didn’t know how this would perform. It seems to do best with the sloped sides after it learns the walls in the shallow end first. There has been occasions where it doesn’t “climb” the walls in the deep end. It has to turn “up” so much before the propeller kicks in to hold it against the walls. The battery lasts as stated and vacuums up the tiniest of particles up to big leaves. The self righting feature works as designed. I have stairs in the shallow end and it does climb them. When it comes to the last stair and comes up out of the water it shuts down the vacuum part and after a few seconds it reverses back down the stairs and goes elsewhere. The floor only feature works good and it tracks very well to cover every part of the floor. It does seem to “map” out the pool floor as it doesn’t miss any parts in floor mode only. It does have problems in the deep sloped ends as it senses the slope and understands the slope as the wall and turns around quit often in floor mode. In all cover mode it is random about cleaning and has no set cover mode like floor mode. It does speak to you and let you know which cleaning mode it is in. The app is very helpful but the robot must be near Wi-Fi and Bluetooth must be turned on the phone for the app to operate. The basket is easy to release and clean. Other than it not sensing when it’s stuck in the skimmer this robot is very good. The one piece of advise for the engineers is while cleaning the waters edge in wall/all cover mode have one track be slightly slower than the other so it will sort of creep along the edge instead of bobbing up and down in one spot. I do this manually when I’m near it but this would be another “above the rest ” type feature for advertising. No compensation expected but very good advice for business. I do wish a replacement battery was advertised along with the robot. I haven’t called the number to see about getting a replacement for future use however. All in all I’m very satisfied with this robot and don’t see a reason to buy another competitor’s product as this does everything needed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. 4th update: It only spins in circles. I have contacted Seauto customer service and was about to get a replacement. Then this morning, they acted like it was a new thing and wanted to start over. 3rd update: Now it still does the scrubbing, but it doesn't pick up hardly any leaves. I checked the flapper, it seems fine. Why did it basically stop working in the 2nd year? 2nd Update: After 8 months of use, it has begun running for about 30-45 minutes before stopping. At first, I turned it off and back on and it started to work. Now, after 20 minutes, it just stops, with the green light on. This product started off fantastically, but I'm starting to question my decision. Update/ edit: The robot still does a good job after 9 months. Battery is holding. The pool is 20+ y/o so I see some of the paint coming off, but not noticeable in the pool, yet. My biggest concern is " turtling". It hits my sonshelf and gets stuck upside down (hense turtling). Because it's not 5G yet, I have no notifications telling me it's stuck. I have to go check periodically or the battery is wasted. I love the robot, but would even more if you can update to 5G. Thanks, and the review ⬇️ still stands! Easy to use, scrubber is awesome for my pools algae. Picks up everything and actually cleans the entire pool without the full 2+ he run. Final update!! After multiple attempts, DAILY (I am retired, so time is available) to contact Seauto, ZERO support. I was finally able to speak to someone with Amazon directly. Thank goodness I took screenshots of Seauto saying they would send me a new unit. The agent agreed to send my money back. It came today. So note to self, and others, if you have trouble contacting the vendor, find a way to go to Amazon directly. Thanks Amazon. ... show more
