I needed a new chair desperately as I had my old one for some time and it was past it's usefulness. So I finally decided in this one as I like the style of it. The chair came in a decent amount of time, about a week. And I won't fault the seller for using FedEx because the box was in horrible condition. No damage to the actual product thankfully. Most of the installation was simple although the directions could have been more detailed. Only part that was connecting the back part of the chair to the seat. You probably need two people for that step. But after struggling for some time I finally completed the assembly on my own.     • He's tall - Good lookin' - And he's large!
Apparently I’m not man enough to wield this mobile device of seating pleasure. The chair description may say “the seat height can be adjusted in any needs for short or tall person”, but if you’re under 6’ tall, you’d better plan on using a foot stool. I am 6’ tall and my feet do reach the floor, but the amount of pressure on the backs of my legs puts my feet to sleep. I have the chair tipped all the way forward as well, which makes me feel like I’m hunching over. I’m sure that if I were able to tip the chair back slightly, (it does have that capability), it would feel more comfortable. So I ordered some glides to replace the wheels. That ended up lowering the chair about 1½”. While that has relieved most of the pressure on the back of my legs, I would still like to tip it back a bit. If I do that I’d be back to the feet asleep issue again. As I said, I’m 6’0” and about 160lbs, but this chair feels too big. The arms are spaced out really wide, Wide to the point that I can only rest my elbows on the very most inside of the arm pads. Oh sure, I could move my arms out, but who wants to use the computer with their arms 24” apart? Is the chair comfortable? The seat cushion is. The back, not so much. They advertise “Soft High backrest with lumbar support fits you back and waist” (not a typo), but the only time my lumbar area touches the chair is if I hunch forward. Which, due to the upper cushion, I can do without much effort. As for the “High backrest”, I guess that it is high for short people. I literally can tilt my head back and look at the ceiling and my head barely touches the headrest. Am I happy with this purchase? No. Am I going to keep it? Probably, unless I sell it to someone. I don’t want to have to box this monster up and pay to ship it back. Besides, their return policy is 50% restocking fee! But if I could just call someone to come and pick it up and give me a refund, I would. So if you are 6’2” or taller, maybe 220lbs or bigger, then this absolutely would be a great chair for you. And if you live in the Quartzsite AZ area, I can hook you up for cheap! ;-) ... show more

When I first bought this chair it was very comfortable. However, it has not even been a year and there is no cushion left in the seat. The seat moves to the left, which makes sitting uncomfortable. You lower it and then it returns high again. It is getting trashed.

This is a pretty comfortable chair and has served me well for the one month that I've owned it for so far. The armrests are cushioned and are adjustable, which is something that I appreciate. Assembling this chair was difficult and tedious, though. I think it's a really great chair for the price (I originally bought this at $160 USD), so I'm still willing to give this 5 stars even despite the struggle I originally had when I built this chair. Update: I've had this chair for a little over a year now. Three of the wheels have broken and the angle of the seat is a bit lopsided. I've managed to replace the wheels and fixed the seat by cramming some old paper into it. Maybe I got a defective chair or perhaps these chairs aren't designed to be long lasting.
