I am not a fan of seafood, but this thing has SO MANY USES that I couldn't pass it up! You can fry a good sized whole turkey in this thing, or break down/render a lot of whole chickens. Use it as a scalding pot for harvested chickens, ducks, or turkeys. It's also amazing for cooking down frozen tomatoes for sauces and soup, or boiling up a bunch of corn on the cob. I even plan on using it for cooking up an entire harvest of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries for making pies and canning it. This thing was definitely massive, but it has so many different uses aside from boiling seafood that I am definitely loving it! Looks to be well made, bottom heats up quickly and the handles are extremely sturdy. The lid has a bit of weight to it and rests on top well, allowing some steam to escape without making a mess on your stove. ... show more

Since we didn't have anything large enough to accommodate a whole crab, we found this pot and ordered it. It is fantastic. It's durable, good quality, and is HUGE! We were able to fit all of the seafood that we needed to in it, as well as the other vegetables, and made a phenomenal seafood boil.
