This item is great, does the job it’s designed for. The only reason I have this a 4 is because the first attachment I used, sponge, broke off in less than 2 minutes. I am currently waiting for item to dry to super glue back on and I assume that’ll do the trick. But, I used four other attachments and had cleaner surfaces. ... show more

I really like how this item performed on my laminate and ceramic floors. Unlike another item I tried this one did not leave the floor too wet and left no streaks. It is easy to put together, is attractive, and has plenty of attachments. It heats up in less than 30 seconds. However, I returned it because to turn it on and off you only have the choice to plug or unplug it. There is no power button. This seems like some type of hazard to me. Also, the cord is far too short and the user would have to continuously move it to another wall outlet, depending on the room size. It takes about a cup of water. I was only testing it and put in 1/2 cup that did not last very long. Lastly, it will not stand on its own. I just got this yesterday and so far so good! It really cleaned my floors nicely. I appreciate the length of the cord as it is pretty long. There isn’t any need for any chemicals which I love. The attachments are easy to put on and take off. There also isn’t much strength needed to function. There’s not too many bad things I can say about it. Maybe probably that the water tank only lasts for about maybe 10 minutes then you’ll have to refill. Just buy one and enjoy! ... show more

I thought I would have to keep up with the water levels and I was able to mop 2 rooms on 1 microfiber pad and 8.5oz of tap water. I then looked up what people have used on their couches to clean those and tried it out on one of my seats to my couch. In minutes I got almost the entire seat done and still had most of the 2nd fill of water left and close to instant dry.     • Heat and need more stability when standing it up
Heat settings are great, and yes it gets hot and not warm like some floor steamers. The only downfall is that you can’t just stand it up, not stable. Also, the inconvenience of plugging and unplugging when you have to move some things around
