Works better than expected, I have used it several times to clean grout, remove wall paper, clean seats in my car and clean moss off window sills. Actually surprised me, it works better than I expected. It's easy to use, doesn't take up much space and definitely was worth the price.

    • Wow! Don't believe the complaints!!! Steamer works great!!!
People said this steamer had little run time before it needed to rest and recharge. My opinion on that subject is, so what, rest for a few minutes while it gets ready to blast away your mess! I had a very bad stain (hair dye) in my shower. Apparently, someone likes to dye their hair in the shower! Anyway, I've tried everything to remove that messy stain and nothing worked. As soon as I got this Wagner 915 steamer, I just sprayed some Scrubbing Bubbles on the stain and with a few passes of the steamer with the included scrub brush, that stain was history. I had to stop a few times to allow the steamer to heat back up but I used those few minutes to rest and when I got ready to go back at it, the steamer was ready also! The way I see it is, if it works, it's worth the money, time and effort. Like I said, I just gave up on that stain and just figured it would be there forever. Not anymore!! After I shut the steamer off and showered, I saw a few light spots I missed but that's only because the foam from the Scrubbing Bubbles was over it and I couldn't see it well enough to get at it better. I also used the steamer at full blast so that could factor into why it needed as many stops to reheat as it did. I believe I only stopped four times during this project. I expect to be able to remove that stain completely once I treat the shower floor a second time. As of right now, I am in disbelief over how it removed that dye stain. I scrubbed at that stain with all kinds of stuff but nothing worked. I barely used full force, as I've done before with other products, and it did a 100% better job than I expected. I was also impressed with how well it's made. All the neat attachments and how well they connect together! The steam is very well concentrated and only escapes from the area of this unit it is meant to escape from, your target tough spot. I bought my daughter one because she believed she might have bed bugs. I read that direct blast of steam will kill any bed bugs. We don't know if she had bed bugs for sure but if any bug could survive that amount of heated steam, there's nothing else that could kill it anyway! Like I said, nothing I tried would get that stubborn stain out of the shower but this baby did the trick ten fold!!! Get the job done and don't sweat the small stuff. I am looking forward to some seriously bad carpet stains I have. After what I've seen, I am confident this steamer will do a fantastic job. ... show more

    • Nice little cleaner
Very sturdy looking cleaner. I absolutely love the mopping option. I use it for cleaning hardwood floor and bathrooms. Window cleaning option is also really great, works well and with lot less mess afterwards. Metal nozzle is another great accessory, it makes cleaning tough stain on kitchen stove really easy. All in all worth purchasing if you like cleaning your house yourself or you are just stuck at home in this pandemic and can’t get expert cleaners indoor. There are few (about 4) things that can be improved. 1) Cord length is too small, maybe that’s by design but it would be good to have it about 10 feet atleast to get around the room from a single socket. This one is easy to fix, I had to get a extension cord. But it would be nice to have a longer cord. 2) With 3-4 accessories, storing is quite a pain. I wonder if they could have given option to mount the accessories on the tank itself. This is common problem with all cleaners, lot of accessories (twice of what you need and no good way to store them). 3) There is no telling if the tank is low on water, you have to manage that yourself. For 12-14oz of water it runs 15 minutes. The problem is when you cleaning you are not constantly spraying, so managing that timing is difficult, and all of a sudden steam comes to stop and you have to refill. That takes about 40 minutes to get back to the cleaning (20 minutes to let the cap cool down before unscrewing and 20 minute to get the water heated up). This is lot of time to get you out of you momentum. I found it really annoying. 4) Lastly, safety is little bit of concern. They have taken measure to make sure it is safe to use. The cap strew for water tank is really long, that’s awesome but the screw can get really hot. All you have to save yourself from touching the hot cap is a warning on the cap. I wonder if the flap is little tight to open for kids and if they can have that warning upfront (trading looks for safety), or if they could have just added a locking mechanism to stress that opening the tank cap is not safe when it’s running or hot. Even with all this “area of improvement”, this is great product to have. ... show more

    • Steam cleaner works
This steamer has cleaned my shower pan and grout, my grimy old windshield that other cleaners wouldn't, kitchen sink. The is just right as it steams for 40 minutes. It has several attachments that allows me to use it in many applications. Perfect for me. Reasonable price.
