The media could not be loaded. I was apprehensive about purchasing the set due to the price. I had looked at other sets where one of them had legs and one of them didn't. Which quite frankly, didn't make any sense to me. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and try it. I am so glad I did! They are super easy to clean, easy to fill, easy to take apart and put together. I had them on the low level for my chicks first week, and I just moved them up to the lowest leg level, and they're working beautifully. It keeps the chicks from jumping up and fouling out the water and the food. Or kicking all the food out. These will work perfectly until my chicks are big enough to go into the main flock. They are good a feeder and waterer but the legs bend in too easily so be careful sitting them down too quickly or too hard as they collapse with barely any pressure. Other than that a good design on both. 4/5 stars

Works great when extended to the first extension but if you go all the way up it doesn’t lock into place. My chicks knock it over easily if not completely full of water which then creates a massive mess of wet bedding. If they decide to add a lock in for all levels, I’ll give it ago but I won’t be using these again in the future. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve raised hundreds of chicks, and tried all of the things. This feeder and waterer set has it all! Doesn’t tip, anti drown moat, so easy to fill, and LEGS! Can I get a hallelujah for the legs!? Chicks scratch and kick up their bedding all day (as this is natural for them to learn). But this can make a huge mess in their food and water. The legs have 3 levels and can be raised up as they grow. The handles are so easy to lift it in and out and filling them is a BREEZE. So trust me, I’ve done the homework. I wanted to like this, but the bottom for the feeder is SO flimsy. I can tell if I filled it with food and lifted it from the top, the bottom will absolutely just fall right out. It does it right now while empty. I thought maybe youre supposed to twist it to secure it, but there are no marks for that, so I am very sadly going to return it. :( ... show more

I’ve been raising chicks for 5 years now and this is the best feeder & waterer I’ve had yet!! Water keeps clean with the legs being able to raise 3 different settings. The feeder makers for less mess so they can’t kick food around. Seriously perfection!!

I love that both the waterer and the feeder have legs so both their water and their feed stay clean as they scratch in the dirt nearby. I have not had any trouble with the water leaking, as I have with other brands. They are easy to clean and lightweight, but still well made and sturdy.
