Update: customer service is on point and since they were able to replace the chair, I have now changed my review. Thank you I’m a heavy person, but I do not exceed the weight capacity. It's not bad. The holes weren't aligned correctly and the backrest is crooked. Hard to put together because of misaligned holes. Otherwise it's OK
