  • Great RC planes for beginners and novices!
Color: White
These little planes are great. They take a licking and keep on ticking. In beginner mode it handles extremely well, the gyro function is impressive. Intermediate mode give a fair amount of additional control without letting you get out of control, and then when ready the expert mode takes off all the training wheels and let's you go full acro. It handles up to 10mph winds (suggested in beginner or intermediate mode to help stability). Typically I fly without the landing gear to allow for more speed. The prop will simply pop off when landing and then just pop it back on for the next flight. The prop saver is very clever. These are an amazing value. Random people who have seen me fly these in the open field in my neighborhood have ordered them and have joined me. If you're looking at these, do yourself a favor and pull the trigger, you'll be happy you did. ... show more

The LEAMBE Remote Control Aircraft Plane has been a thrilling addition to my hobby collection, offering an exhilarating experience of flying and maneuvering through the skies. This RC plane is impressively lightweight yet durable, constructed from high-quality materials that withstand outdoor conditions and occasional bumps during landings. What stands out about this aircraft is its user-friendly design and ease of operation. The remote control provides responsive handling, allowing precise maneuvers and smooth flights. Its aerodynamic design enhances stability in the air, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced flyers alike. I appreciate the long flight times and quick charging capability, which maximize time spent enjoying aerial adventures. The aircraft's versatility allows it to perform tricks and aerial stunts, adding excitement to each flight session. Its range and signal strength ensure reliable control, even at extended distances. Overall, the LEAMBE Remote Control Aircraft Plane has exceeded my expectations with its performance and durability. • Amazing RC aircraft for beginners
Color: White
Simple to setup, the auto stabilization helps significantly with beginners. It takes crashes pretty well (which is bound to happen). The prop pops off under moderate crashes (designed to) and it just pops right back in with no problem. My son (11) flew it for 20-25 minutes on one charge and landed on his first attempt (crashed twice prior learning the ropes). We tried aother plane for around $100 which looked like an F35 which could go into a hover mode. It was cool for 2 minutes before it failed and would only yaw hard right with full right power so had to return it and tried this. ... show more

  • So far, so good...kinda pricey, but fun!
Color: White
Easy and fun to fly, but a bit pricey for a 1 foot styrofoam plane.

This plane, and frankly any of the other similar versions of the same (whether it be from Leambe/Volantex/Rage RC), all perform exceptionally well for their size. They can take a bit of wind, the stabilization handles exceptionally well, and boy can they take a beating. I now own two, this model and the Corsair from Rage RC. Both fly about the same, can't tell much of a difference. This one can fly marginally slower than the corsair due to the wing structure. As for the abuse, I flew this one at about 2/3 throttle into a goal post trying to be fancy. It connected with the inner leading edge of the right wing, prop flew off, plane spiraled about 20 feet away.. slapped the prop back on and away it flew. Both this and the Corsair have taken enough abuse that eventually the wing assembly began to separate from the fusealage. In both cases, I took a hobby knife to them, made a clean cut along the seam, and using Foam-Tac glue, I tacked both wing assembles back on and they both continue to be a joy to fly. What's great about these little planes, is you don't really need much space to fly. Once you've developed your skills enough, they can be flown in a pretty small space. Of course, having more room is more enjoyable, but not necessary. To try and simulate a test on how much load the wings can bear, I took my corsair into a vertical nose dive from ~100 feet up, at full throttle, and pulled out of the dive at about 20 feet off the ground. Zero issues. I love these little planes. Two of my buddies have since purchased a similar version (from Leambe i think?) and they both love em. I've since started getting into larger planes (my first being the Carbon Cub S2) which is also a lot of fun to fly, but in a way, I think I like these little ones better simply due to their versatility. Anyway, enough ranting. I hope this review helps. I know it would have helped me before buying, but if you're interested at all in trying out RC planes, for ~$100-$110 all in, these are incredibly fun, and boy howdy do they look good flying. If you do purchase, check out some of the 5-pack battery/multi-charger combos using the 400mah battery packs. If the connecter looks the same, they'll work, and will let you enjoy flying near continuously for an afternoon. Great starter planes, I hope this helps people make an informed decision. Just keep in mind, the other 400mm planes are all basically the exact same thing should you like another model better. good luck have fun ... show more

  • Too hard to fly.
Color: White
This plane was really hard to fly and crashed the first flight and broke. We changed the propeller sent it up again and it was carried away by the wind. Brought us fun for a total of 4 min and was a waste of $100.

  • An Incredible Purchase!
Color: P51-blue
Took the plane out to the local football field to fly a plane for the first time. Set in beginner mode. Took off from the track lanes and flew beautifully. I'm no good yet so even in beginner mode, I crashed into a bench, the ground, a chain link fence, and square into a light pole. Broke two propellers and bent the motor shaft. I Set the shaft straight and put on a new prop. Still Flies just fine. The stunt mode is great. The kids liked the loops and rolls. I was even able to come in for a proper landing on the first day. The batteries last a long time. Long enough to start to wonder when they were going to run out. A durable, fast, fully capable, good looking smart plane capable of stunts with extra batteries, and a transmitter for $120? It's just well made and an amazing value. Don't leave reviews often, but The manufacturer of this plane deserves a good one. ... show more
