    • Impressive steam cleaner. Already saving me money!
Every year or two we pay out to get the tile floor and countertops (uggh!) in our kitchen professionally cleaned. We go basic, but it's still a couple hundred bucks plus tips. We've been ok with it, as it's way too much grout to deep-scrub by hand, but that still hurts the wallet. When I saw that a professional steam cleaner was available for effectively the cost of a couple kitchen cleanings, and that it didn't have a large footprint, the math was conclusive. I'm glad I took the plunge! This is the first time I've ever used a true pressurized steam cleaner of my own, and I was a little apprehensive going into the setup process. Thankfully, setup and assembly was easy and, based on that, I didn't have any reservations about powering it on. Wow! What a difference vs touch-up hand scrubbing! The pressurized steam breaks down the dirt and etc... in the ground and makes it easy to clean. The before and after is impressive and I'm not concerned that resealing the grout is going to trap anything in that shouldn't be there. Cleaning the kitchen tiles took me less than an hour and it's just as clean as paying a professional to do it. Next weekend I'm going to take it to the grout in the tub/shower! Based on other cleaning that it will allow me to do around the house, this will have paid for itself (vs hiring someone) within a couple months. Yes, it's a big investment, but, if you don't mind doing the work, you'll quickly see the reward. I'm impressed by the quality of the machine and the accessories, and since I'm reasonably obsessive about taking care of stuff, I expect it will last a long time. If you've got tile and grout, this might just be what you've been looking for to get a deeper clean that goes well beyond the non-pressurized steam products that some of the consumer-targeted brands sell. ... show more

Looks like a nicely built machine, well packaged and lots of accessories. Filled it with tap water as recommended, apparently distilled water causes issues with the machines gauge, and powered it up. Makes some noise while filling the boiler, just like the manual says - thanks for that - but then it never made any pressure, the gauge stayed at 0 Mpa even when the “thumbs up” / ready light was lit. Pressing the trigger released no steam. Turned it off and tried again, this time the overheat protection light came no so back to the company it goes. ... show more

We are a 4 cat, 1 teenager household. There are occasional messes that need to be cleaned up. It works OK if it's a small mess. But if I use it longer than 5-6 minutes it gets too hot and shuts off. It's way too small to use for a larger area, like the entire living room. I will still need to rent something larger. Reading other reviews, it looks like a quality issue. Some people have no problems, and others have tons of problems. Considering how not so great the customer service is, I wouldn't risk it. ... show more

I was pretty happy with this product! I bought it to clean tile that just seemed to be stubborn and just did not come clean. I found the use for this everywhere. It made easy work of tile, cleaning my stove, steam mopping, cleaning my car, and more. My only complaint is that should have had a video quick start guide that goes over all the features in a video that could be scanned with the phone. I figured it all out but it took me a bit. This steamer is horrible. It overheats within 5 minutes of using it and shuts off. Customer service is a joke you can't get ahold of anyone. We keep trying to use it yet every time it keeps turning off within 5 minutes of turning it on. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
