I bought these fence panels specifically because they had rods that connected the panels together that also served to anchor them in the ground because I didn’t want to have to assemble anything. The panels line up easily and you connect them with a rod. Our ground was wet when we installed, so they easily pushed into the ground, but I think you could easily hammer them in with a mallet. It took us approximately 15 min to unbox, cut off the shipping zip ties and completely install 20’ of panels. They are not real thick metal, but are sturdy enough to keep my 70 lb dog out of a flower bed. They also look attractive. I ended up buying more for another area. ... show more
