Just look at similar m4 scoots reviews online...an outstanding platform. The Q2 800 watt, 48 Volt build is quite solid and safe, overall the form, fit, and function of this machine is excellent.(when operated IAW the mfg. safety protocols found in the manual and also learning online escooter Dos and Don'ts) +Nice effective range, efficient electronics paired with the CE 2024> 720 Wh/15AH battery! +All load bearing hardware had Blue Loctite Thread Sealant or locking nuts; which were tight! +Many optional accessories +The Solid Tires were balanced and the brakes were adjusted perfectly....that is, until I opted to put on a larger, (Front) Pneumatic Tire 10"x 3" and my personnel preference: (see pics for that): this caused a slight clearance issue> rectified by fabricating two 3/8" nylon fender shims that now accommodate the Front Pneumatic Tire. Better front end grip and control. Note: Slimed the front inner tube to help forgo punctures. The scoot still has the Maintenance Free "Solid Tire" on the rear. IMPORTANT TIPS Can't say enough about SAFETY Pls read the manual. Watch the rider in ASKGO's video to see what gear the rider has. Fortunately I have safety gear from my MTB and motorcycle stuff, highly recommend protecting All> Head, eyes, hands, chest, back, knee and elbow areas. A helmet, gloves, and a Hi-Vis safety vest are minimal self preservation equip for myself, as well as knowing your laws and following them so law enforcement does not give you any misguided affections; meaning a well deserved fine for being a hazard to yourself and all those around you. I also opt for GO Pro and/or Go Vision's HD camera-video glasses for capturing any accidents, hopefully I CAN avoid them. Carry your printed out invoice with you "Proof of Ownership" and could help with theft recovery in the event of being stolen. Discretely Serialize. Finally, know your routes for hazards and avoid high traffic times (if possible) Ride safely and enjoy, and I hope this review helps all. ... show more

The product itself is a good scooter, but LCD screen control panel I could not get into the menu, owners manual was the incorrect manual missing screws. One hole for the fender mount screw was not even threaded. The company is giving me no satisfaction. I want to return this, for a replacement but I don’t think they’ll allow me to that I wouldn’t deal with this company again in 1 million years. ... show more

Very quick and sturdy scooter. The only down side is going up hill it loses it's speed drastically and if it's a steep hill it just comes to a stop and I had to walk it up until the hill leveled out. If you have no hills where you live then it's perfect.
