Shipping for this product was about one week late. The scooter comes in metal framed crate that is hard to deal with, especially when you are disabled. Scooter is NOT lightweight as advertised. Delivery driver will not help with crate or removal from crate. Wouldn't order again.

    • Looks Great but lack torque
This is a great looking Mobility Scooter. It has great look however, it lacks the torque to get up an incline or over the ruts of the driveway. Tried to work it out with the seller but did not have a good experience. Shipped the scooter back but seller refused to refund. Seller asked to drop the A-Z claim before he would refund the money. Had to get my credit card involved to get my refund. Not recommended until they get the torque issue resolves and must play by Amazon rule instead of asking the customers to go outside of the rules. ... show more
