I purchased the Scooter from Medical Health Mobility. I would recommend purchasing from them. This scooter for my special needs son (who is almost 18) He is unable to drive a two-wheeled bike or scooter and this three wheeled scooter was stable enough so he could easily get around quickly and safely. It has been very nice for him to be able to get around without having to walk on these VERY HOT Days. It was nice for me too, when he had a church function, I didn't have to drop him off, he could drive there himself. Another nice thing about this scooter is it looks like anyone can ride it .... not just for old or disabled people. The scooter got him out of his room and I could see him going up and down the sidewalk for hours everyday as happy as can be. I have not seen him so happy in years. He normally enjoys being in his room and the scooter got him out of the house. Everywhere he went on the scooter, he received comments on how nice it looks. It is also noiseless, so it did not disturb the neighbors. When my 94 year old Aunt came for a visit, she went for a ride. She can no longer drive a car and really enjoyed the independence that this scooter brought for her. From a quick delivery to excellent customer service. Before it arrived I got a call from the owner of Atomis, which gave me a sense of gladness that he stands behind his product. It arrived fully assembled when it was supposed to. I love the color, but had to download the manual to figure out how to open the seat storage container. It worked out as it was a quick read. Iโ€™ve driven it several times since it arrived last week and it goes about 20 mph. Iโ€™ve gotten so many compliments and canโ€™t wait for the weekend. I wish it had cruise control, and went faster, but other than that I love it and am considering getting a second one for my husband. ... show more

my scooter arrived defective. it leaks oil. I have been going trough their warranty and service channels for 3 months and still don't have a fixed product. parts from the manufacture are supposedly on back order and no repair seems to me forthcoming. The seller has not exchanged the product or given a refund and as it stands currently, i have payed over $3000 for an unusable product ... show more

I love this scooter! Itโ€™s very high quality and the seller is great! He even called me at home to let me know when it would be delivered! It did arrive with a broken mud flap . I called to tell them and I sent a picture of the damage and they sent me he part immediately!

a little tricky to get to the master switch to turn it on that is inside the storage under the seat, have to use the ignition switch and turn to right with some pressure and the seat pops open and you drive it off the pallet does drop/drip a drop of oil from the transmission? the quality is great ,... I'd buy this over and over even though its from china very enjoyable , laughing and grinning ... show more

I'm mobility challenged and have preciously had to drive my car two houses away to visit a friend. This is perfect for trips up and down the block. It's a lot sexier than one of those 4 wheel electric carts like in the grocery store. The box got beat up in shipping but the scooter was packed such that it survived fine. Itโ€™s VERY NOISY! The wheels are out of round and out of balance, the brakes grab and out of adjustment. The workmanship is deplorable, the operation manual is useless. When I checked the differential for oil, it was empty, no mention in the manual of the level or type oil for it. The customer service does not answer the phone or respond to any messages or emails. I suggest you go to the BBB website and search for E-Wheels Company. Good luck ... show more
