So glad I bought this. I have degenerative disc disease so walking long distance is agony. This makes getting around soooo much easier. It is heavy to get in and out of the trunk but I have helpers (strong kids still at home ;) I will eventually need a car ramp to carry it but for now I can handle it. It moves fast, the battery lasts a very long time and it is easy to maneuver. I did buy a seat cushion because the seat is a bit uncomfortable after you've been in it awhile other than that, it's perfect👌. I just wish I'd bought it sooner. ... show more

I use this to get around inside the home, it's a great size for that. The issue was shipping took so long when you aren't paying additional. It has instructions which are a joke, but eventually you get the seat on. Comes boxed and requires very little set-up. It seems of good quality for the price so far.... ... show more

Bought this unit for my 90 year old Mother to get around the neighborhood and for outings. Has been great 👍. Got a tear in one of the armrests so I called customer service to see if I could get a replacement. They sent me a new set free of charge. Awesome service. Thank you Metro!

    • Need help for elderly to load and unload

Works ok. Takes up a lot of room and isnt as easy for my elderly dad to get out and put back when needed. Drives great on even ground. Doesn’t drive well at all if going off the drive way on flat grass even. As long as you are in town and have someone to unload it and assemble it for you it is ok.

This chair has great speed along with good stability and it’s well-made. I’m very happy with the purchase and I know it’s going to last a long time, the only thing I will want to invest in is the longer life battery once it is available. I highly recommend this mobility scooter.
