I bought this initially for keeping cool while at Disney World as a smaller alternative to my very clunky large neck fan (the U shaped kind) - it does pretty good at that though better when actually held or set down on a surface rather than the lanyard while walking as it bumped around a lot and was less effective while moving. It was also great to have overnight with hotels that don’t have enough airflow for my taste! Super fantastic that it has the little screen with the battery percentage like that is a life saver! It’s quite powerful when you turn it up and not too bad for noise like yes it makes sound but nothing obnoxious or too loud. I just started a job without assigned desks in a building that fluctuates temperature all day long and I threw this in my bag one day with the little stand and MAN what a life saver!! This was bought to help reduce bug bites when gardening without repellent, but turned out to be extremely useful during the eclipse trip. It charged easily, and didn't run out that day. We haven't tested how long it will last. The amount of breeze, and the different levels of the breeze, were surprisingly good. I could see adding this to the emergency box for the car, in case of breakdown in hot weather. We tried at least 3 of the positions, and all worked well in different situations. Bought this little fan on a whim, needing a craft fan. I was so pleased when I got it. I LOVE that the head is adjustable. You can get the perfect angle every time. It’s also super powerful! I usually sleep with a fan on.. I took this fan just spur of the moment with me on a trip and it worked all night- blew hard- and had almost half of the battery life left in the morning.
