By far one of the best investments someone could make! Personally I got off to a rocky start with this due to loose wiring underneath the DTF oven but customer service worked with me remotely to resolve the issue in a very professional and patient manner. This model in particular is also very handy in the regard to white ink mixing as most models seem to have difficulty especially with clogging this but this particular one keeps them regulating smoothly through the tubes and are easily visible compared to other ones.
