I was intimidated at first with all the parts that came with this printer. I guess I expected it would be “out of the box ready”, but it came with a flash drive that contained step by step videos. It took a while to get it to print correctly but that was due to it being new and took a while for the ink to get through the machine thoroughly. The print and color quality is awesome!! The customer service is by far the best that I have received in a very long time. Although, the company is overseas and you have to keep in mind there is a significant time zone difference, they are very responsive. They use WhatsApp, so basically you can message them anytime and they will get back to you as soon as they possibly are able. They have assisted me through out the entire process and are always super friendly and supportive. Jeremy helps me often and has been amazing. I am very new with DTF so it’s been a journey over the past few weeks but I’m confident this is a great product with outstanding customer service. ... show more

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with PrintMasters and feel compelled to warn potential customers to avoid this company at all costs. My ordeal began in December 2024 when I purchased a printer from them, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Faulty Product and Financial Loss The printer required additional ink almost immediately, leading to significant unexpected expenses. Despite investing in more ink, the machine's performance remained subpar, causing considerable financial loss and operational disruptions. Non-Existent Customer Service Attempting to resolve these issues was an exercise in futility. The company offers no real customer service; all interactions are funneled through WhatsApp, which is both unprofessional and inconvenient. Moreover, their support operates outside of U.S. time zones, making timely communication nearly impossible. Unacceptable Delays and Excuses To make matters worse, the company was unresponsive for weeks, citing extended closures due to Chinese holidays. This left me without support during critical times. When I finally received a response, they refused to issue a refund, claiming that returned items are destroyed upon receipt and cannot be resold—a policy that was never communicated to me prior to purchase. Lack of Accountability and Questionable Practices The company's stance was that their inability to resell returned items was a "personal problem" on my end, displaying a shocking lack of accountability and customer care. In a desperate attempt to avoid processing a refund, they even offered me $600 to keep the defective machine—a huge red flag indicating their unwillingness to stand behind their products. Refusal to Provide Return Label and Further Obstruction Adding insult to injury, they refused to provide a return label, subjecting me to a complete runaround. I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus.
