The printer arrived much sooner than expected. It was very well packaged and shipped in a crate. The ink arrived in a separate box on the same day. The printer seems to be of good quality. This is my first dtf printer, so I can't really judge at this point. I ran into issues getting the printer to print, so I contacted the seller late in the evening through Amazon. They responded initially within 10 minutes. Time zone differences necessitated working at night, but I was able to schedule a time to get assistance. Jeremy was great! My laptop wouldn't recognize the USB drive, so he sent the file through email and I was able to download it to my device. Jeremy was able to help me get everything up and running. The test print came out looking good. My main reason for ordering from DXZ was the reviews left by other customers about their customer service. I can honestly say that I am in total agreement. Print quality when it worked - Good Ease of setup - not bad Customer service - very responsive . They will respond very quickly, but when it comes to troubleshooting issues, they will send you print heads all day if you let them. In my personal experience, my machine only semi worked for a couple of weeks of ownership and after a long battle of trying to get them to swap out or refund my money, ( 4 months to be exact) I had to get an outside company to help get my full refund back. Before you buy, be aware that this is a 3rd party seller and the same return policy seems to differ from what amazon offers. Also, I just found out they are selling refurbished products as if they are new! Which makes sense to why mine was defective from the get go. When I returned my defective product, the seller was upset because ink had spilled out during shipment and his words “ we can not resale and now has to be destroyed “ I am glad knowing no one else will get the piece of junk I had trouble with. I'm not going to lie - this venture is not for the faint of heart, but with patience, things will work out. My unit arrived sooner than I expected it to. I had watched a ton of videos before ordering, so was aware that the software installation could be tricky. I had no problem, though. However, the waste ink pump unit was faulty, I assume from shipping on rough seas. I contacted Customer Service, who promptly replied and began working on a resolution. Jack and Daisy (as you will read in other reviews) were excellent. They determined what the problem was, and a new pump unit was immediately shipped out. I again watched some videos to learn how to replace the pump unit. When I got it installed, everything worked beautifully. Except my film feed - totally my fault, as I neglected to reset my printhead height after the previous tech session. Jack again came online to help me. Since it was Christmas weekend, I postponed additional help until after the holiday. I did get this figured out on my own over the weekend. Of course, now that my printer had been sitting idle for about 10 days, when I went to do a test print, no white ink printed. I expected that. It has titanium oxide and must be stirred or it settles and can clog the printheads. (By the way, this is why you're supposed to do a print every day, along with routine maintenance.) Guess who called on Jack yet again? People, this was 5 or 6 times by now, and EVERY time, he was very patient and walked me through what needed to be done on my end, while taking care of things that were done at his end. I honestly wish all CS responses were like this. Bottom line - if you're thinking DTF printing may be for you, go the extra money and get the full setup like I did - oven, inks, printer, roller, etc. And purchase from a company that gives the same kind of support that Jack and Daisy gave me, and many others (read the reviews!) Expect some hiccups, be patient since there's a pretty good time difference between the US and China, and it will go more smoothly. This experience has also taught me some basics about how my printer is made and works, which will help me make it last longer. ... show more
