My order arrived very quickly and the company was in contact with me through every step from ship out to set up. They give clear instructions with step by step pictures to help ease the process. They respond very quickly to questions as well. I had a little trouble with the oven staying at temp and they sent out a new part right away and helped me install it. They go above and beyond to make sure their product is able to be used to its full potential. The prints come out beautifully! I have seen some dtf prints and how they feel close to plastic, but this print is soft and vibrant! I am so thankful we went with this company. They are 12 hours ahead so you have to stay up late at night just to Skype with them. There is no returns for this item, so I would not recommend that you buy it.
