Printer has been great so far. Trouble in the beginning getting it set up but the tech support is outstanding. Everytime I needed help with something even if it was my own fault they always helped. My order arrived very quickly and the company was in contact with me through every step from ship out to set up. They give clear instructions with step by step pictures to help ease the process. They respond very quickly to questions as well. I had a little trouble with the oven staying at temp and they sent out a new part right away and helped me install it. They go above and beyond to make sure their product is able to be used to its full potential. The prints come out beautifully! I have seen some dtf prints and how they feel close to plastic, but this print is soft and vibrant! I am so thankful we went with this company. This printer has not worked properly from day one. I was only able to print one picture. Then the error messages started. I contacted customer service and they tried to help. They are 12 hours ahead so you have to stay up late at night just to Skype with them. There is no returns for this item, so I would not recommend that you buy it. After spending $5000 on a on a DTGPRO printer, it does not hold a candle to this one. The roll of paper arrived smushed, but I did see UPS delivering it and they had it on its side, so I am not blaming the vendor at all for that. It was missing 1 part and I have contacted them to send it. Set up was super simple for me. The vendor included a USB with all the instructions in print and video. The information provided was 1000 times better than the information sent with my DTGPRO. I watched all the videos, then watched them again as I did the set up step by step. One damper was not working properly, but a few extras were included which was great. All in all watching the video's, taking my time set up took 4 hours and I am up and printing. I am so happy, I gave mine a facelift and even with the 2 hiccups, I am still giving them 5 stars. ... show more

This was my first experience with a DTF printer. Setup was pretty straightforward and comes with ink. The print quality is great and prints at a decent speed. I imagine if you were printing a lot of prints the time would be restrictive. But for an affordable price and hobby or small business it works. The biggest complaint is there are not guides for the film going into the printer from the roll. So it is very easy for the film to misalign. I’ve seen people make a guide with something as simple as cardboard but this should have been a no brainer for the company to design with the printer. I purchased the L1800+oven combo, shipping was fast and customer service is excellent. The only problem I had with the initial set up was knowing exactly what drivers and software to install on my end. I contacted customer service and they were able to get it straightened out for me right away, they had my machine up and running smooth in no time! Print speed is slower than expected, but not having to sort vinyl and cut individual colors and weed each piece individually was a really big plus. When we received our printer. The power source chip was damaged in shipping is what their engineers determined after talking to them on the phone. So they shipped a replacement part and it arrived in 8-10 days. At first I was very disappointed. I think I was more disappointed to see my dream of printing my own designs slipping away. But being in the logistics I know how hard it is to safeguard materials and equipment considering the amount of hands responsible for handling them and the long distance it travels. It takes all parties involved to cooperate to troubleshoot and solve the issue at hand. After all the equipment and machine can’t speak to us. They will alert us when it’s functioning well. I love this piece of equipment. The first thing I wanted to print was an image of our reunion in Waikiki,Hawaii. I said to myself if I can print it and it comes out just like the photo looks. I can print anything. And it did. It came out exactly like the photo looks. I was in heaven. Unfortunately right now though. I have nothing more I can print. That’s because I’ll have to recreate everything else ill use from here on. That’s my problem now. It sucks because I’d rather be burning and peeling awesome designs ! Before I close I want to give a shout out to the team over there at the Shop.
