Very hard to set up, had to contact them for roll software, over priced, I have done more maintained to the machine compared to the few prints it has done correctly, support was ok at first now they won’t contact back. Printer has error flashing and still no response. Already wasted more in materials than the printer cost! Just had a computer company look at it and said white ink stir has never worked, they installed new print head and still nothing is happening. They say the printer has crashed and it’s only 6 months old. Biggest waste of money our small business has ever wasted. Time to buy a better machine and cut my losses with this printer!!!!! I am not able to get the printer to work. The setup is not easy at all. I contacted Greek squad and they there not even able to help. I am waiting on seller to respond before I file claim with Amazon. Horrible machine.

    • DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY
Edited for an update. I've replaced the printhead 3 times. I've replaced the motherboard, and all cables I was told to replace. Printer will not turn on. The power comes on and will stir the white paint. But will not turn on on the front with power button. I've reached out to seller who basically kept putting me off until the time had past telling me to keep replacing things. I have about 2600 in new parts and ink amd film and I've made about 50-75 good usable prints. I'm now spending money to buy prints from another person. They just keep saying 30 day return policy. I'm moving forward. Please reach out to me. I have had nothing but issues with this printer. I was able to print GREAT for about a week. Since then I have wasted so much material amd ink. Told I needed a new printhead shortly after buying it. I eventually got the new printhead. Still didn't work bought new manifold still not working. I have the worst banding. Sent nozzle check to the "tech" who told me AGAIN I need a new printhead that mine is clogged and cannot be unclogged. I am spending money like water and believe me I am doing the maintenance! I do more maintenance than printing. JUST SAVE UR MONEY OR BUY ELSEWHERE AT LEAST ... show more

Software did not work and they did not tell upfront you needed additional software for the roller system which they didn’t provide. I was able to get the system working on my own with no help from them. After 3 weeks the print head went out and no longer print would red ink. I contacted tech support which said it would be $400 for a new print head. I asked for them to repair and they said it wasn’t part of their warranty. Once I tried to get a refund and ship back they stopped contacting me. After filing an amazon claim and amazon contacting the seller they began to send me text messages from their tech support team telling me to close the amazon claim and verbally harassed me. Amazon advised me to ship the product back for a refund ( seller said they would inspect equipment and refund what they felt was fair). Just a horrible situation but thankfully Amazon has taken care of the situation on their end for me. ... show more
