I purchased this machine in March, unboxed it and kept putting off setting it up. I had been busy and had vacations come up and knew the reviews I had watched talked about daily maintenance so I didn’t want to set it up knowing I couldn’t do the maintenance daily. Well life slowed down and I finally put it together and boy this is the best purchase I’ve made. I’m so in love with this printer. I was using a third party for my prints and now that I’ve been printing my own, the quality is so much more better! Here are a few of the projects I’ve completed. I’ve been printing daily since putting the machine together. My customer service team and engineers have been amazing!     • White ink will not work.
I followed all instructions so the print head would not clog. I was working on projects got through 2 and now the white will not work. I tried several head cleanings. Very disappointed. I have only had this product since September 5th

I originally bought this printer and unboxed it and used it and it was great. But I decided to return it and buy the printer with the roller instead. I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of the DTF machine. One of the things I love most about it is how effortless it was to set up. Granted, I work with software and printers on a daily basis, so I may have a bit of an advantage in that regard. However, even those who are less tech-savvy should be able to get it up and running with minimal effort. The customer service provided by the manufacturer is also top-notch. They are always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns you may have and are eager to help you out in any way they can. I can't recommend this product highly enough, and I would definitely urge anyone in the market for a DTF machine to consider this one. One thing I would suggest is to make sure you watch the step-by-step instructions carefully that are in the White USB thumb drive.     • Great Print Quality Bad Oven
Print quality and color accuracy are pretty good and doesn’t make too much noise. I am however disappointed that after only 2 months the oven stopped working completely even though it was hardly used. Sucks that I have to spend more money getting an oven. Other than that great value for the money.

    • Update: after 5 hours I think I finally got the hang of it
The media could not be loaded. It took me 5 hours to understand how the program works. It’s my first DTF machine, and I’m pretty amazed at how well it prints. Mike and Jacky helped me through and the videos that they provide in the USB also helped me get through my fear of printing the first image.
