    • White ink will not work.
I followed all instructions so the print head would not clog. I was working on projects got through 2 and now the white will not work. I tried several head cleanings. Very disappointed. I have only had this product since September 5th

The media could not be loaded. The first time I bought a DTF printer two years ago it was a nightmare, I was really scared to buy another one but I needed it and I saw another comment here saying that they had a great experience with customer service so I decided to give it a try. Best thing I did! The installation was completely easy, I followed the step by step video they sent with it and there was no mistakes. Two months after buying I needed to contact their customer service and it was very easy and fast. I felt safe and heard. The printing is great, installation is easy peasy, customer service 10/10. I purchased this machine in March, unboxed it and kept putting off setting it up. I had been busy and had vacations come up and knew the reviews I had watched talked about daily maintenance so I didn’t want to set it up knowing I couldn’t do the maintenance daily. Well life slowed down and I finally put it together and boy this is the best purchase I’ve made. I’m so in love with this printer. I was using a third party for my prints and now that I’ve been printing my own, the quality is so much more better! Here are a few of the projects I’ve completed. I’ve been printing daily since putting the machine together. My customer service team and engineers have been amazing! If I have a question they have been quick to respond and give me the answer I need.Make the purchase if you’re looking for a dtf printer. I had some trouble with my machine and the tech service was great to work with they sent out what I needed. There very helpful although we’re on a different time zone we got it worked out I would definitely buy this again because of customer service was fantastic thank you again highly recommend.

    • Doesn’t work
Received printer and went back and forth with tech support to get it to work. Took several days. Now 6 months later, I’ve replaced the print head AGAIN, the print carriage and the timing belt, no luck. Lights just blink. Save your money and sanity!
