This seems like a fairly versatile and nice-looking budget planner. There are a lot of different functions in it, some of which seem a little unclear. It seems like a planner designed to be used with a program of some kind, but there's no indication of what kind of a program that might be or where it could be found, which limits the usefulness of some sections.
