I bought these as backup for when the 2 that came with fountain had to be changed. The app has their own store but highly expensive for just ordering filters. These leave behind black streaks/stains in the water and as you can see they aren't even produced to the quality that they need to be to keep the charcoal contents inside the fabric of the filter. They fit the device and appear to work, although I have no way to know if they are really providing any purification for my puppy. Better than straight tap water I suppose, and easier than the Brita pitcher approach.
