Easy to pop the wheels and lids on the bins. The scooper has measurements on it which prevents our 8 yr old from over feeding our dog, keeping her at a healthy weight. It seems sturdy and the slim design allows for storage in this small laundry room closer. I’m guessing it will keep the food more fresh than just an open bag sitting on the closet floor. The item arrived well packed. It was very easy to pop in the four casters that function well. The minor concern was connecting the treat container top as it was very slightly tight to fasten. But I am very pleased with the product and very glad it is easily moved to wherever you need it.

Perfect for our needs. I ordered the blue lids to blend with the decor in my kitchen. The top lid doesn’t snap in place but it fits nicely in the grooves provided. Easy open, stackable food storage.

This is a pretty good food container and works for what I need. I like that it has wheels wich is nice as well as its own scoop. The wheels are easy to install and work well. It opens well and stays sealed nicely. I put in a 30 pound bag of food used a couple times and it fit almost perfect so I’d say a 25 pound bag would work best but it will work well for what I need. The one issue I did have with it however is that I only got one clip for the lid on the bottom container wich I believe is supposed to have 2 one on each side because theirs a place for one to go and it doesn’t fully seal tight without it. However being that I have a small well behaved dog this won’t be an issue for me, I just feel it would be for a larger or more wild dog. I like that this will be easy to use and not take up to much storage in my pretty limited space. The missing latch aside it does seem relatively durable and nicely built. I’m satisfied and will not be returning or asking for a replacement because that is alot of hassle and it will work for me. Worth the price in my opinion. ... show more

This came well-protected in it's own box, appropriate for shipping, then inside a larger Amazon box with packing material. There was no way it was arriving broken or cracked. They must not have always shipped like this, based on the reviews mentioning breakage and cracks. I was worried about how it would arrive but it's in tip-top shape. I filled it with an unopened 10 pound bag of birdseed and you can see in the photos how much room this took up. So, I think it will definitely hold the stated 40 pound load of seeds. I'm using the upper container to store suet blocks. It's working out fine. Some reviewers are complaining that you have to move the top bin out of the way to open the bottom bin. If you don't want to move something out of the way, please don't buy a bin with a second bin sitting on top of it. 😉 I bought the gray color (I think they call it pewter), which refers to the lids and the scoop. I'm so glad it came in this color which recedes to the eye. I live in a small apartment and this storage system had to go in my living room. I didn't want it to be the decorative center of the room and it's really unobtrusive, as you can see in the photos. (Keep in mind the appearance will be affected by the size and color you purchase.) The wheels popped in easily and work in the universal way of plastic casters. The area around them on the bottom of the big bin seems sturdy enough, but I don't doubt the people who say theirs broke from use. I'm not pushing it. Mine roll out a few feet from where the bin is located so that I can use it and roll right back into place. I'm not asking the bin to do more than I think it was intended to do. Also, I saw that some people said the lids were weak and caved in under pressure, such as just putting your hand on them. I haven't experienced this and have included a photo of my 14 pound cat on top of the top bin with no sagging. I also find the latches on both pieces to be excellent. Mine close snugly, but then songbirds with nothing else to do aren't testing them to find weaknesses like furry folks might. In all, I am very pleased that I bought this and didn't get frightened by the reviews. I Will update my review if things change.
