Maybe I don't know how to do it but I have a problem inserting and removing the water bottle. The dry food bottle is fine. I have a problem with coons and they dirty the water regularly so I have to clean it frequently. It would be better if you could add water from the top and just clean out the bottom rather than having to remove the bottle. Otherwise ok for the price. ... show more

This product is okay and served the short term purpose I needed for two days for my cat. The water piece is fine - offers enough water for a couple of days, but filling the container is awkward. The food piece is also fine if you want to offer unlimited food to your pet - it serves as a food bowl better for a dog. Went out of town for a week and I have a pit / boxer 78 lbs. I usually kept his food in a dish bowl the size of a mixer bowl for cake batter mixing. This product held up very well for food and water for 5 days itself. My dad was staying at house and said he pretty much didn't have to add anything cause the water stops at the dish size and food falls when getting closer to the bottom.
