Now that could have been concerning that they'd need to, but I just saw good customer outreach. No issues here! It has only been a week but looks like I'll be using this for years to come. Knocked off one star for poor packaging - I could hear metal pieces clanking around before I even opened the box and I found a few zip ties that were cut within the bag the bench was in so it was most likely returned. Glad I was not missing any parts tho! I do see why people complained about the assembly directions being poor and i agree assembly was simple but step by step with better enlarged images and mentions of which specific pieces to use would be nice The machine itself is nice! Mainly got this to work on lower abs and so doing knee tucks on it was what I was planning and anything extra was just going to be a bonus. I really like using this machine for knee tucks it's definitely something even on the easiest setting I'm feeling it after doing 10 reps. Wish the knee rollers had a pin that you could remove when you want to detach them from the bench having to unscrew them when you want to remove them is a bit annoying. Only concern I have is the handle bar I think you might have to re-tighten it every couple uses it seems pretty wobbly after a couple of sets even after tightening it pretty hard but we'll see this is just a first day impression. I'll edit this after a couple months and if it's more sturdy then I think I'll adjust this to a 5 star. Edit: Been using this every day and it has been good and stable without re-tightening it so changing my review to a 5 star. Realized you can't unscrew the knee rollers so they are stuck there so if you plan on using them be sure that your frame works with the bench measurements. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This machine has a few issues that cannot be overlooked. Assembly wasn't too bad but it does have a lot of jiggly parts mainly around the handle bars. Which leads me to the handle bars. After using this, I noticed my hands were extremely dry and sandpaper feeling. I believe the material of the handle bars gave me some type of chemical burn. The handle bars are a foam but who knows what it was sprayed with, so if I keep this machine, I will need to wear work out gloves. Beware of that... I can't be the only one who experienced this. I wish the handle bars were made of a better quality material because that's just disturbing. ... show more
