I bought this bench to start a small home gym, intending to add it to a squat/barbell rack as well as free weights. The package came quickly and all parts were well wrapped and protected. Instructions for assembly were simple, not a huge amount of parts to get confused and all tools needed came supplied. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble at a easy pace taking my time. It has nice, heavy gauge tubing structure framework and the pullout knobs to adjust the angle of the rests is a nice feature (they screw a bit in and out to lock them in place if you choose as well). It has wheels along the one floor end with a handle on other end to allow easier transport and can be stood up against a wall for storage. I don't think I will nearly need the weight capacity rated but I believe it can hold everything it states. The foam backing on pads seems fairly robust for home gym use. I got this on sale and it was worth every penny. I plan to buy another for a family member for Christmas. Highly recommend! ... show more

Great bench for a reasonable price. Sturdy and easy to change positions. If I had any complaints the wheels should be a little lower as you have to tip it way up to get it to roll.

    • Way Better Than Expected!
After doing a ton of research I decided to purchase this based on other buyer's feedback and the fact that I wanted a full-service bench that didn't weigh almost 100 lbs and could be moved around a small home gym area. Assembly was easy and I was able to put it together in no time flat. Several things stood out: Pad comfort- Pad was firm but also comfortable at the same time. Way better than the low-grade benches I've tried in the past. Adjustable settings- There were concerns from other users that the adjustable pin was not stable and caused the bench to slip. Never had a problem. The spring-loaded pin is sufficient and there is no need to screw it in after the fact. Weight- This bench is way lighter than expected! I was expecting to struggle moving it around but the weight is 1/2 of what I expected. I'm guessing only 30-35 lbs as opposed to 75-80lbs Storage- I found it is easier to store on the end that does not have the wheels Extra Feature- If you flip the padded rollers used to hold your legs for ab work you can actually use it for nordic leg curls! So overall the bench was well worth the investment. I got a sweet deal on it for under $200 during Prime Day. Even at full price I would have been happy. ... show more

    • Love this bench!
Update: after almost a year of using this bench, I’m still very happy with the purchase with the exception of the pop rivets that hold the scale for the adjustable back setting. Three of the rivets broke and I had to buy a pop rivet gun and rivets to re-attach them. Some of this is likely due to user error with my spouse not fully pulling the locking pin out when adjusting the back height. Other than that, everything I outlined below stands. The rivets are 5/32” diameter and I recommend 5/16” or 1/4” in length if you need to replace also. Perfect for the home gym with nearly commercial grade fittings. Bought this because it offers decline, incline and 0 degree with the same quick pull system I’m familiar with from commercial gyms. It’s longer than expected, which I really like, but had to add more 1” pads on the floor to accommodate rolling without getting dust on my mats. It’s very well made and assembles quickly with 15mm and 17mm sockets. The leg attachment works well for sit-ups and is quickly and easily removeable. I only have two very minor nitpicks which are 1) some of the foam from shipping stuck to the leg frame requiring removal with goof off and 2) the leg assembly has end caps that get screwed into the cross braces, which works, but one of the threads was too tight and I wasn’t able to crank it all the way down to force the ends of the pleather to seat consistently against the end cap on one side. Very minor detail for an overall perfect bench that will give you more than you could want for the home gym. Highly recommended. ... show more

    • Easy Assembly and Stable
This bench was easy to assemble and seems very sturdy and stable. Fairly compact and even with my small frame, I can move it around in my room. My husband was impressed with the decline option and flexibility of the angles of the bench. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I like the product. I think it is strong and pretty heavy duty. I do not like that the rear feet for the bench don’t extend far enough past the bench to prevent it from tipping. I went ahead and gave it a 5.
