The instructions are 9 easy to follow steps. It’s just one screw size and the tool is included so no running around to find what you need to build it. The reclining feature works great and it has adjustable height to fit my desk. Padding is super thick so it’s very comfortable and the headrest is adjustable for both height and angle. It looks pretty sleek too. My only adjustment is the arm rests are plastic so I bought padded covers. I don’t think I could find better at this price point. I strongly recommend it. The media could not be loaded. This chair is awesome! This is now my third chair with this company, and I must say, they have made some improvements. Keep reading for my review :-) One of the biggest improvements to this chair, is the material that it is made of. It doesn't have that fake leather feel to it. It actually feels really nice. And that is something I look for, when using a gaming chair. A nice, comfortable, material to sit my keister in. Secondly, the arm rests. Another one of the bigger improvements compared to the blue chair you see in my review photos. They are sturdy, solid, and adjustable. This was a big suggestion to the company when I buy the chairs. I like being able to adjust my arm rests. And having them like that, gives me support for my shoulders, and helps keep things aligned with my spine :). Thirdly, the wheels on this thing are quieter than the other two chairs I own. And that makes a big difference when I'm moving around, or move the chairs across the tile to a different place in the house Fourthly, is the design. This is a much needed upgrade compared to the last two chairs I bought. It's a great design, and looks more modern than many chairs I see. So I am highly pleased with that. And finally, the chair seat itself. It is a wider seat cushion, with much more padding. And I am VERY HAPPY about that. It feels very comfy in that chair when I sit down. And knowing that I can park my butt in both comfort, and style, is a huge plus for me. Overall, this chair is a big upgrade to my other chairs. And I forsee myself using it alot more than the other two. More than likely I'll end up giving the blue chair to my son!!!! LOL!!!! I HIGHLY recommend you get this chair. It's well worth the investment. And that what these are. Investments. You wanna be comfortable when playing your consoles or PC's. You really can't go wrong for a budget chair. In the one photo you can see my daily driver, which is incredible, next to this chair. I am taking this one to work, so it doesn't have to be an expensive one. Pros: - Price! - Supports arms - Raises to decent height - Lumbar support Cons: - Head rest JUST too low for a 6' 2" male. - Tolerance seems a bit off when mounting the back, second picture shows the slight lean in the back. This review is day of delivery, will update with future usage. TWO MONTH UPDATE: Chair is still fairly comfortable after using it about 2 days per week at the office. Wish it raised a bit higher, my legs are not flat when sitting. The chair is definitely NOT meant for someone 6'2", maybe 6' even is where the maximum recommended height should be. Still better than what they give me at the office, though, so works for me. ... show more

I recently bought this chair and it turned out to be the best investment I have made in a gaming chair. Not only is it extremely comfortable with its memory foam padding on both the seat cushion and back, it has a futuristic look to it which is very pleasing to the eyes. The seat cushion is firm enough to hold its shape and soft enough for comfort. All the functions work well, it can be positioned in various ways for each individual’s needs and it’s easy to assemble. I use it for both gaming and as a work from home office chair, so it’s used between 8 and 10 hours a day. For this price, one can’t go wrong with the value it delivers. It has exceeded my expectations and delivered a terrific value compared to other chairs l tested from other companies as well as an artsy look to it that fits my desk setup excellently. Bottom line, if you are considering this chair versus others in the same price category, I would seriously stop scrolling and researching now and pull the trigger on it. It's that good. The media could not be loaded. Much improved over a previous model I've owned, this chair is seemeingly built to last with an overall sturdier feel that is also much more comfortable. Pros: - Back support with some flex - Very soft, no extra cushioning required - Sturdy armrests that are height adjustable - Wheels roll very smoothly - Extremely easy to put together - Makes no creaking sounds - Great customer support Cons: - No cushion for armrests - Headrest can't be raised or lowered EDIT* correction: it can be raised and lowered - Not many colors to choose from - Armrests don't support elbows if you like to lean back but you can simply reverse them so they sit further back So in conclusion this is a very good gaming/office chair for its price, highly recommended. I personally prefer the bucket seat design so I'm hoping for an improved version of that model in the future from PatioMage. ... show more
