Only hiccup was the absence of instructions, but the box contained a flyer containing instructions on how to get the instructions. Set DIP switches to match the radio I intended to install, wired the harness to my new radio harness, and tested. To my pleasant surprise, everything worked exactly as it should. This interface made it easy to connect an aftermarket radio to my vehicle. All steering wheel controls were retained and I was also able to program new controls using short press/long press commands. The only thing I dislike is the chime box that is needed to retain the turn signal/warning chimes. The sound of this is terrible, very tinny sound. Can't stand it, have volume dialed down and installed it with a command strip placed over the speaker opening so I wouldn't have to hear it, which defeats the purpose of it. ... show more
