Please fix your listing, it isn't even consistently wrong. The 'Color: brown' outlet has a tan image, and the another outlet's color description is 'Color: image' The dark brown outlet with the false tan photo is what I bought and I am happy with my purchase regardless. These 20 AMP outlets arrived undamaged and in working order. My issue is why in the world would there be a label over the face of an item that will be exposed and visible? It's not a huge deal, a little clean-up will take care of it but I don't feel like I should have to do that with a newly purchased item. Pros: These are heavy duty outlets, which are GREAT for frequent usage areas on 20 AMP circuits like: Kitchens (how many times to you unplug applicances in your most used outlets), outdoors (tool usage), ect. My previous kitchen outlets were so wimpy that they could only take 5 years of usage until the cord plugged in would sag and show half the metal prongs, but still be barely connected, causing an an extremely unsafe situation. These new outlets are more snug and firm than standard 15 AMP outlets. I'm very happy about the improvement. Cons: When installing outlets, I strongly prefer to use the screws on the side rather than the insertion holes. I feel that making 3/4 loops (not a complete circle) on the copper wire and placing them under the screws provides a far better connection. Unfortunately, some outlets provide a ridge all around the screw that make placing this 3/4 loop of wire - behind the screw very difficult, and this outlet is firmly in the camp of the high difficulty. Perhaps there are standards that require this, but I really hate the extra effort and damage caused to my copper wire, and wish that they would re-engineer to meet the requirements and keep the installation simple. ... show more
