I was sent an obviously used lock as mine was dirty and with light scratches which sucks as I paid for a new product. Nonetheless, this pedal lock is made sturdily. While I do feel that this pedal lock is overpriced, it’s one of the only ones on the market that can fit a thicker pedal. It does fit on the RAM 1500 but you have to adjust the pedals so that they are fully extended out. If you have the pedals recessed for your height then this product will be too short to push against the wall. This pedal lock will only work on the Ram if it is against the floor. If you have weathertec floor mats I suggest putting some felt or rubber pads on the bottom of this as they are bound to be scratched up. ... show more

    • Saved my truck from being stolen
They only got away with what I had inside, which still sucked, but they couldn’t take the truck. I have had another brand they don’t sell any longer and have this a try and it works just as well. Solid, easy on and off(with key). I didn’t put on as tight as I should and the crooks were able to move it to a slight angle, but it still prevented the use of the brake pedal therefore truck stayed. Of course being violated sometimes you wish the truck just got taken, however that is another issue to deal with and sometimes keeping your vehicle is better. ... show more

    • Will not fit on large trucks or SUVs maybe a small car
It seems decently, well-made not super heavy duty does not work on trucks or SUVs maybe a small car item is really small. I tried it on several of my vehicles and it did not work.
