Fire pit arrived defective. The igniter does not work. It’s not great when a new purchase of such expense arrives broken, but thought we’d let the seller know and give them the opportunity to fix the problem. Then, we gave them opportunity after opportunity after opportunity and absolutely stunned by the poor customer care, I write this review. After months of being passed from customer service at this company and their contact at Elementi, NO ONE was able to help nor did they clearly give a damn. So when someone finally said they’d send a part for us to fix the fireplace (aka take the unit apart ourselves and take a good attempt at being technicians) they insisted it was some hosing. Okay, so we wait and wait and wait. Nope, sorry we don’t have that part. They said they would get back to us with a solution, yet it’s been over a month and nothing. The absolute worst experience. The Elementi reps were rude, short, and SUPER shady. Fairly convinced these are reject units they have purchased at a discount and resell at full price.
