Very nice looking. Fits and works perfect for our space. 5 star for packaging and install. With no instructions (ours were destroyed) my husband and 8 year old grandson had it built in @ 1/2 an hour. I was pleased!

There's a LOT of value in this fire pit table. I was going to build my own, but after finding this one, I just couldn't build one cost effectively in comparison. The materials, while good and not excellent. Good enough though. I like the fact it comes with the wind guard and cover. Both are excellent and the cover, in fact, is truly quite good - much better than the covers I recently purchased for my patio furniture (not cheap ones). I like the glass it comes with, but I felt I needed to supplement it with another 10lbs of glass (ordered and on its way). Even with the purchase of extra glass, the value is excellent. It went together quickly and well. I had an issue with one bolt that I need to address, but it's a minor point and there is another bolt less than 2" away, so I'm not concerned. I had a problem initially that the gas would not stay on without holding the control knob pressed in. After some research, I found it was likely to be the thermocouple. I adjusted the height of the thermocouple and it seemed to work. But, after about 15 minutes, it was back to needing the control knob held pressed in. I didn't know if it was the thermocouple or the valve at fault. I sought a new part from the company, put they don't offer any replacement parts. Their only solution was to return it or a partial refund. Returning was going to be a hassle, and I'm pretty handy, so I took the partial refund with the intention of replacing both the valve and thermocouple. When looking at the thermocouple so I could source a replacement I readjusted the height. At the last minute I also decided to check the connection to the valve. BINGO! The thermocouple was not even finger tight. I screwed it in snuggly with a wrench and that solved the problem. Now I'm very happy with it. If I were not handy enough to work the problem on my own, I'd probably be frustrated, but the fix turned out to be very easy and it gets 4 stars from me. ... show more

We will use this as both a table and fire feature in our back yard by the pool We needed to replace our rickety old plastic round table anyway so this was big enough to fill that niche. The finish is a very dark brown and fits our earth tone theme. I have yet to light it up but am feeling positive about the outcome. When assembling this table you need to realize that the top and bottom of the support structure have different dimensions, with the upper area slightly (around 2") wider than the bottom. This means you need to pay attention when assembling or you will think that the kit is all wrong! The instructions are pretty good but they make no mention of this aspect. All screws were included, in three lengths but the same Allen bolt size, #6. The whole assembly is fairly light when out of the box so you can carry and move it easily. Nice quality and looks! A follow up. We have only used this table once, and it was difficult to get going. For some reason the propane regulator was not allowing gas to pass to the burner area, which makes this impossible to use. It did pop open for some reason after while and we were able to get it lit, that time. We just tried this again last night and no go. That darned regulator is sticking closed, I believe. I will have to try and replace it somehow. Otherwise it is a fine piece in the back yard! I bought a replacement regulator but I think that I did not realize that you need to push the control knob in when trying to light this thing! When you do you can hear a rush of gas and then you push the ignitor button, Voila! Flames about 12" high if you aren't careful! Just adjust the gas flow downwards. Nice to get it lit! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Several things ...the end product looks amazing. Took about 1 hour to complete. Yes you will need an extra bag of the glass. They do supply you with a bag but get 10 pounds more. The glass for the pit comes in a separate box. We didn’t realize it and contacted their customer support . We placed the second box in a different room thinking it was something else. Customer support was awesome . They contacted us back in 24 hours. Would I recommend this product ? Yes I would . Our experience was a great one and we are enjoying it. The product is built good. ... show more

We've owned this Fire Pit Table a little over a year now and it is still going strong. It held up to the NC weather fine over the year and still functions A-1. It wasn't too hard to put together and it has kept everyone warm in fall weather. We also love the fact that when we are not using it as a fire pit, it still functions as a full table. We did have to buy a little extra glass beads to supplement what was there but that's small potatoes. Very good product overall and we've recommended it to other people. ... show more

Packaging was damaged but product was intact. Easy to install. Do order stones atleast 5 LBS additional. Instructions are not great but using basic logic its simple to put together.
