This fire pit is SO nice looking. It’s just pretty and the metal finish looks expensive. Great quality not cheap!! The only downside is that you would have to elevate it so that you can see the flames since the window to the flames is fairly small… so if you like to watch the fire then maybe an open one is better. Love it! Nice and sturdy, easy to assemble and looks attractive. Beautiful addition to my back patio! Only one tiny change would make it perfect--some sort of hook on the sliding door to grasp with the poker would make it easier to open and close. it was easy to assemble and is mostly heavy cast iron. the screen is good, but the screen which opens to load wood is not the best, and the fire area is a little small. heats nicely, but must be refilled frequently because the fire box is small.

Had this for over 1 year. Great unit. Good heat radiation. Keeps embers in Chiminea so no yard fires. We also have smokeless stainless steel double wall units and they do not produce heat but are pretty to grill over. Easy to maintain cast iron by applying oil. But the base is rusting out. Base is stamped steel so not surprising. We will purchase the same BALI OUTDOORS Chimenea Outdoor Fireplace to replace before the base rusts out completely. Way better than double wall stainless steel smokeless units, they are great for ambient fire just cannot keep a person warm. The BALI OUTDOORS Chimenea Outdoor Fireplace will keep a person warm down to 10F if you stand close and like your neighbor. ... show more

Sturdy, perfect size, functionality, easy to clean, tray that holds the ash is small and doesn't hold a lot of ash, should clean it out after each use. Purchased Aug 2024 so far love it! Recommend a cover when not in use, to keep it dry inside from rain. Recommend and a fire map under it, especially if using on a wooden deck. ... show more

This is my second purchase of this very functional and attractive outdoor fireplace.It has served me well to use for quick and easy gatherings with friends and family.One of the reasons it is enjoyable is the all around view of the fire and easy access to adding firewood as needed. Best suited to smaller logs and yard sticks, pinecones etc so the fire stays pleasant and easy to control. I have it situated within a gravel 13 foot circle so no worries on burning sparks or the occasional embers that might roll out.I touch it up each season with high temp spray paint for stoves and keep it covered with the available fitted cover when not in use. Firstly, if you buy it then invest in the cover and use it! Very easy to assembly and well made. I spent a little more on this fire pit than the one I bought at Lowe’s a year ago, which has now made it’s way to the trash. This Bali fire pit puts out great heat, fun to sit around and everyone gets a view! Great value Great Product. It looks awesome on your patio as well. My one and only complaint would be the grate is a bit cheap. I am replacing it with a cast iron grate soon. ... show more

We had another chimney that busted into three pieces after using it twice. We bought this one to replace it and have not had any issues. We’ve used this 3 to 4 nights per week and have had no issues. Love it!
