The worst part of my experience was opening the box and discovering there were no real instructions in the box. Also the headrest was not in plastic just sitting in the box. They do give you a fair amount of extra hardware to make sure it fits your particular chair.Luckily it's not too difficult to install as the online how to video is TRASH! Overall the unit is doing what I needed and has a decent comfortable pad. There are no trim pieces to cover the screw holes on the front or back of the brackets. Looks unfinished. I bought this for an office chair at work thatdid not have a head rest. It was a challenge to install, but I eventually got it after install though it was very comfortable and supporting.

Looks like this headrest was made exactly for my chair. I used two 3/4 self tapping screws to secure it to the seat and that's it. Good value for the money.

The headrest when installed sits really far forward on your chair, to the point where your head will be pushed forward in your seat instead of being something you can lean your head back onto. not very comfortable

I think if it was a way to adjust the headrest to leanback to go with up and down this would be perfect! The mesh definitely was comfortable compare to the foam.

to start... i gave it 2 stars because the construction is fairly decent, and if it could be secured to the chair - it would be comfortable. the problem is - it is impossible to secure it to your chair. there is so much flex after bolting it in place (even trying screws) that its rather pointless to have. ... show more

This isn’t bad for the price. It goes pretty well with my office chair too. When I can afford to, I’d rather much invest in a chair that already has a head rest, but this works for now. So no complaints on my end. :)
