Product came in good shipping box with all the tools required (multiple!) as well as extras of all the parts and even white gloves.... Be sure not to break down the box all the way as it's useful for assembling the chair. Went together easy, nice that the armrests go up and down, use that feature more than I thought. the chair looks really nic. I think it is a 5 for looks. Seems sturdy enough not cheap feeling but the lumbar may as well be one position. It moves about 2 inches at best and that is not high enough for me. The wheels are not wonderful spinners for carpet for sure. It does OK for the desk mat but not easily movable side to side. I would send it back but putting together taking apart and reboxing and getting to UPS is a pain and the chair isn't THAT bad just not great. ... show more
