I had been looking for a new hot dog roller to replace a previous edition. I may use it 2 or 3 times a month... and it serves its purpose well for a quick bite to eat. It is very easy to assemble and worth its money (to me at least). Indeed it is made of plastic shell... and has a quirky Coca-Cola advertising scheme... but the cooking part warms me up an all-beef hog dog in about 10 -15 minutes... like my local Quickie Mart. This item works well on hot dogs & gets them nice & browned. Not so great for brats since it only heats them up due to their size. The bun warmer just dried out the buns. Granted they were warm & dry, but no thanks. It'd be nice if it didn't break after just 5 uses. If this dog roller were $30 that would be an appropriate price point. ... show more
