I recommend this product if you're in search for an electric griddle. I was in the search for a good one and I found it (it does not hurt that this item is in a beautiful pink color). It's very sturdy and easy to clean. It is not too large but it is big enough that you can cook a lot at a time. I wouldn't use any harsh chemicals to clean this so just recommend dish soap and sponge. The only negative about the item is I wish the cord had temperatures on it - instead it just shows high medium or low temperatures but that wouldn't keep me from repurchasing this item in the future or gifting it to a friend. I had higher hopes for this griddle! I’ve been looking for a “cleaner, lower- tox” option for an electric table top griddle, and this is the one we settled on. Unfortunately it doesn’t do a great job. Everything cooks unevenly and you have to move things around in order to cook them right.
