I recommend this product if you're in search for an electric griddle. I was in the search for a good one and I found it (it does not hurt that this item is in a beautiful pink color). It's very sturdy and easy to clean. It is not too large but it is big enough that you can cook a lot at a time. I wouldn't use any harsh chemicals to clean this so just recommend dish soap and sponge. The only negative about the item is I wish the cord had temperatures on it - instead it just shows high medium or low temperatures but that wouldn't keep me from repurchasing this item in the future or gifting it to a friend.     • Who would like a fire in their kitchen?

I loved this grill, even though it doesn't heat evenly and things need to constantly be moved around and enjoyed using it just shy of two months. Then when I turned it on and I walked away I could smell smoke like a fire. I looked at the grill and where the plug goes into the grill was heavily smoking so I quickly unplugged it. The probe part (that is normally silver) is black. I contacted the company, since it's supposed to be under warranty. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. They never bothered to respond to my inquiry, even though it's supposed to be under warranty. I don't know if they prefer my kitchen catch fire and I collect renters insurance for their negligence or what they expect but they clearly do not stand behind their product. It was nice while it lasted but don't buy this unless you don't mind having a fire surprise you one day. I purchased an extended warranty on this through Amazon when I bought it but that isn't supposed to kick in after the manufacturer's warranty ends so I don't think anyone can help in this situation. ... show more
