Got these for Disneyland, I had no expectation that they would actually help in what I would consider extreme heat. They were amazing and kept us cool while standing in line outside. They were small and compact and the battery lasted all day. These were a life saver.

This little fan is powerful and compact. I see reviews here for a different fan which also includes a light. This is just a fan. It has 2 speeds. It's not silent, but is quiet. There is a buzz which could be too loud for a place that is completely silent, but otherwise should not bother anyone. It's quite safe. Touch the soft blades while spinning and it stops. It was charged right out of the box! I'm sure not fully charged, but enough for me to try it. I just received it so I don't know how long the battery lasts. It does come with a usb cord for charging. I am not sure how the others could make the battery last over 10 hours. I bought 3 of them and decided to test them out before to keep them for our trip in June. The 1st one after over night charge, the light still keeps blinking. I let it run at speed # 2 and it lasts 4 hours a half. The 2nd one, after charged for over 8 hours, the light still keep blinking and it didn't last more than 5. PRO: lightweight, compact, handle could work as a stand. CON: there nothing to indicate if the battery is full or not. Battery doesn't last as long as the seller claims. Unfortunately, they will need to go back. ... show more
