If you want a compact and efficient steamer to make your floors nice and clean, this one is a great one. For removing ground in, worn on soil, this is works very well. This model is designed to only clean floors, with no hand attachment to steam other things. I have a porcelain tile floor and other spray cleaners may work well for spot cleaning, but they tend to leave a film or odor behind. Though you will need a dry pad mop to wipe up the moisture afterwards, this cleaner leaves floors squeaky clean. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The steamer did not even turn on. I pressed it firmly and no click or lights turned on. So not only did i receive a defective product. It was also missing the pads. Not a huge problem. I was going to use cloth diaper liners instead (I can get creative because I'm a mom of 2) I also am fighting terminal brain cancer. Your company wanted it back. I followed all of the instructions. Thank God, it can be picked up for the return because getting it apart was nearly impossible. And thank God that amazon shipped it in a bigger box than the steamer came in. I'm so thankful that it's going to be picked up for return because it would be very hard for me to lug that huge box and my toddler to return it. Cleans very well. The new one is on the way. I had not remembered that this product had a 1-year warranty. They have sent me a new one. Based on my use of the first one, it was great. I like the steam but it leaves a lot of water on my floor. Wish I had purchased on which would suck up the dirt. The pad when it gets wet does not suck up enough water from the floor

I bought a similar product, the Dupray steam cleaner, about a month back. But I got this one yesterday and it's way better. The Dupray one was too heavy and hard to move because of its long cables and hoses. Plus, it took 15 minutes to get hot. This one gets ready in seconds.
