Whether frying, roasting, grilling, baking or sautéing, the pre-seasoned cast iron skillet from Navaris lets you enjoy a better cooking experience and better results with outstanding retention of heat.CLEANINGHand wash only. Use a sponge and avoid using abrasive pads. To remove food particles, add grain salt to warm pan, scrub and rinse.STORAGEDry well with a cloth after cleaning and place briefly on low heat. Once fully dry, rub a small amount of vegetable or canola oil into the surface. Place on stove for 5-10 minutes and allow to cool fully in a safe place away from children.RESEASONINGSeasoning helps prevent rust. Place a tray covered with aluminum foil on bottom oven shelf. Place pan on top oven shelf and heat 10 minutes. Take out and rub a small amount of vegetable or canola oil into surface with a paper towel. Place pan back on top oven shelf for another 10 minutes. Then turn pan upside down to let any excess oil drip off onto aluminum foil below.
