Since our team spends over 6 hours a day in these chairs, most chairs under $500 with foam seats just don't hold up. On the positive side: 1.The construction of this chair is impressive. It's built with sturdy metal legs and well-designed components. As someone who has dealt with assembling various chairs over the years, I can confidently say that this one stands out in terms of quality. 2.The assembly process was a breeze. The fasteners came in a labeled blister pack, complete with spares. It even included a hex T-wrench that was of decent quality and actually came in handy. 3.Adjusting the height and tilting the chair back work smoothly and effectively. 4.The chair is generously sized, providing comfortable seating for most individuals without being overly bulky. On the flip side: It would be even better if there were more options available, such as a version with an integrated headrest.
