So this is my 6th, 2 camera baby monitor I’ve tried. We’ve tried VTech with and without WiFi (WiFi was a joke; if you want WiFi get Nest or similar cameras), 2 different HelloBaby and a Baby Sense. We have a 3,000 sqft 2 story home built in 2021. Primary bedroom is downstairs, my children’s rooms are upstairs. One bedroom is opposite end of our room, the other is above our room. We have been able to connect to monitors to the camera above our room no problem, but the room opposite of ours has been difficult. We have only been able to use an audio only monitor. But now that we have another little one, I want a split screen and 1 monitor for both. I just got it a few days ago, but so far I am so relieved I finally found one that checks (most) my boxes. 1. LOOOOONG Range 2. Split screen and scan option 3. User friendly (external volume button, switching from camera to camera, menu access) 4. Wide angle camera, not zoomed in like a lot of others 5. Charges fairly quickly and lasts the day on power savings mode 6. Clear picture quality with both day time and nighttime. 7. VOX is great, we use both white noise (loud) and music and it doesn’t pick up on that unless you actively are looking at the monitor. I haven’t used the music because we use Sonos speakers, but the mic/talk back works well. The only feature I didn’t realize it didn’t have is to move/toggle the camera. Maybe that helps with the better range? I don’t know. But I’m willing to sacrifice that to have a monitor that reaches across my house through walls and frame work. It isn’t terrible though, because of the wide view lens. I have it set to see the whole bed for both my babes. Overall, it is a random brand to me, but so far so good. And even if it lasts a year, I’ll deal with getting another one to have clear picture and strong signal across my house. ... show more

I purchased the monitor and two baby cameras in January of 2023. The system was very easy to set up, picture on the monitor and the sound is very clear. I’m even able to hear the kids snore or talk in their sleep, even the air coming through the vents when the AC cuts on. However I did have an issue with the monitor not staying charged and not turning on after about a little over a year, but thankfully there is a 2 year warranty. I emailed customer service and got the issues resolved, I’m currently waiting on a replacement but I’m beyond impressed with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this product to any parent who needs a camera monitor in two separate rooms or just wants to have multiple views in one room. ... show more

We have had this product for a year now. We have even added a third camera to ours. This monitor is wonderful. The camera quality is great, easy to set up, and the light on the back of the cameras is very dim. This month the charging port on the monitor screen went out, I emailed their customer service and they immediately sent me a new one!!! All around great baby monitor! ... show more

    • Great overall set!
This was an upgrade from a previous purchase of an LBTECH dual camera system that did not have good/inconsistent range. The MoonyBaby set is a very good performing unit with very good functionality and practicality. Pros: - Dual Monitor viewing works well - Sound reception is very sensitive - Switching between monitors to single view is 2-3 buttons away - Battery life is (so far) exceptional - Range is great! - Monitor unit screen is big and you're able to see plenty from both cameras - Sound from the monitor unit can be loud enough if you need it. - Warning beeps are unit volume dependent (no blaring beeps if you have it on silent/low volume) - 2-way talk works well with little delay. - I'm sure there's more I can't think of because ignorance is bliss Cons: - The screen turns on and the unit beeps when the battery is low to display the "battery low" dialogue (why waste more battery when the battery is low?) - One camera has minor contrast issues. There needs to be camera configuration options on the unit. - The melodies that are offered are a bit obnoxious but I don't use them. - The other camera without contrast issues sends a "gurgling" sound when there's no sound happening in the room (I'm sure it's the sensitivity of the mic cranked to 12/10) mostly when the unit is on split screen mode and the gurgling sound is still present from the monitor speaker even when on the lowest volume setting. - The buttons on the monitor unit leave a bit to be desired. Maybe a small raised bump on each of them? They feel like you're pressing your finger deep into the unit to activate the buttons. - Maybe a few others but the Pros outweigh the Cons. So a great unit overall (and a HUGE step up from LBTech's hardware) with minor/moderate suggestions on improving the unit/cameras. But cons are tolerable and not deal-breakers. I did notice that both the MoonyBaby and LB Tech units had roughly the same (Chinese Made) software. The menus are strikingly similar, but the MoonyBaby's software had many more features. If anyone has any questions, let me know. ... show more
