This is our favorite baby monitor we’ve used. I like that it’s not Wi-Fi so no worrying on that front, has the night/day mode, tells the temp of the room. I was gifted this a few years ago and it broke so I bought a second one, especially since the cameras can link together. A con would be the battery life is short. The second one did start having an error that it couldn’t connect the monitor to the camera; started every now and then and then just said the error and wouldn’t connect. I reached out to customer service and they tried to tell me how to reset the system and when that didn’t work, they sent me a new system. Not sure if it’s part of a warranty or if they just have great customer service, either way they responded within a day and I was sent the new one within 2 days. This is the best baby monitor if you don’t want one that uses WiFi. I don’t want mine connected to the internet, and this one does everything I want. It tells the temperature of the room the camera is in, it has optional eco mode (screen can stay off unless the cameras detected noise above the threshold limit you set - low, medium, or high sensitivity) which I use ALL the time because I don’t want an extension of the kids’ sound machine in my bedroom at night, the volume and brightness is adjustable without having to open some menu to navigate to it, so it’s all easy to control and adjust as needed without having to touch tons of buttons (unlike other monitors I tried). It doesn’t have like HD picture quality, but it’s not bad either. I don’t need to see every booger in my child’s nose to know if they’re doing well or not, so I’m perfectly happy with the picture quality. The camera control is simple and smooth, the microphone works well on the cameras so my kids can actually understand me (unlike other cameras). The random music options are not anything to brag about, so I wouldn’t get it if you’re trying to bundle a sound machine and a camera in one or something. But for every other reason, you should get this monitor. I can’t rave enough about how simple it is and how perfect it works. Another bonus, a few months into using it , my parent unit (the screen) had an issue and I contacted Kidsneed support and they guided me in trouble shooting and when it didnt quite work, they sent me a replacement very quickly (it was within the warranty time frame). They were way to work with and very helpful! If anyone asks me for monitor suggestions, this is it! Get it! ... show more

I bought this monitor to be able to keep an eye on a relative who was home from the hospital. She is a fall risk and needed to be monitored pretty closely. The picture is nice and clear, and I liked being able to pan and zoom easily. The monitor unit lasts almost all day on a charge. I also liked being able to see the temperature in the bedroom. I know it's pretty accurate because it matched a thermometer mounted in the bedroom within a degree F. Would definitely buy again ... show more

This product was very easy to set up and works perfectly all through our house, inside and outdoors. We sleep on a different floor than our child so it was a great comfort to be able to have this monitor nearby to be able to see and hear him while he sleeps. It adjusts for bright light and low light, the sound quality and picture are great. It is easy to adjust the camera using the monitor and there is a button to speak from the monitor to the camera which was helpful for my husband and I to communicate when in different rooms. There is a very loud alert when the battery gets low so we always made sure to plug it in before going to sleep to prevent being woken up by the alert. We highly recommend this product. ... show more

I got this for my newborn. It has been fantastic for the price. It is easy to use. The light color indicator is super helpful to see if the baby is in distress or just active sleeping. The design is sleek and simple. There is a microphone on the monitor that picks up all the noises the baby could be making. This monitor is fantastic if you are nervous about transitioning your baby to the crib. It even allows you to zoom in if needed. My only complaint is by the end of the day it needs to be on the charger, but it isn’t a huge deal. The chord is long and it’s not difficult to charge. This camera is priced well and has all the features you need with littles. The main reason I chose this camera over the other is because it doesn’t hook up to WiFi so it can’t be hacked. It is also easy to set up & has good video quality. It has a night mode so it’s easy to see the kids even in the dark, which is mostly when I use it. Another unexpected positive quality is it’s durable. My kids have pulled the camera down many times off the shelf it sits on & it still works great. Would definitely buy again. ... show more
