  • Peace of mind, preferred over Nannit
Style: Mint
I am a high anxiety mom. This gives me some peace of mind! I still check on my baby regularly (okay a lot), but this allows me to get some sleep knowing that he is being monitored! We bought this and the Nannit to try. I like the owlet better than Nannit because the sock can be used throughout the house whereas with the Nannit baby needs to be under the camera for it to work. You do not need to have the owlet camera for the sock to work, though I do recommend it! I also like that this tells baby’s heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and quality of sleep (light, deep, awake). The Nannit only counts baby’s breaths per min. It’s fairly easy to use and get set up! Sometimes it disconnects from our WiFi, but not often and that is probably more an issue with our WiFi. I would love for it to have a back up mode though if wifi goes out! The sock is soft and easy to put on. Multiple sizes come with it, look on the inside of the sock for sizing and left/right foot. I will say though that when we initially tried it our baby was 5.5 pounds, and it did not fit well. It alerted us that it was having trouble getting readings. After our baby put on a little weight it worked great! ... show more

  • Peace of mind
Style: Mint
I enjoyed the peace of mind that came with using this sock. Knowing my newborn was being monitored gave me peace of mind to be able to sleep easier. Fits well, I was happy it came with 2 socks at this price. There was the occasional “fit issue” if baby laid a certain way. Also, it does not have a great range so anytime you take baby to a different room there’s a good chance it’ll notify. Just a note, if you have a newer router that has a 5 GHz option you will have very frequent connection issues. ... show more

  • LOVE IT!
Style: Mint
I love love love this. We got this the second we got out of the hospital with our newborn. It’s such a nice peace of mind especially if you have postpartum anxiety or if your baby has health issues. I love that I can look at real time stats and even stats from the night or days before. It’s a simple design, it’s high quality and functions as expected. I love that it also gives trends on babies “sleep pattern” especially for naps. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • FDA approved in my books
Style: Mint
Quick to put together doesn’t disrupt your baby when sleeping. My baby was in the Nicu for about a month and I was a little nervous taking him home since he’s had a few heart rate issues in the pass, this is pricey but it also helped me an my husband sleep a little better at night too. It’s been working great and catches all of baby’s movements heart rate and deep sleep also keeps track of how long baby has slept ,I love it and have no regrets on this item. ... show more

  • Bought for the Peace of Mind
Style: Mint
We purchased this the night my baby was born; The Owlet Dream Sock was something we put on our registry early, but battled back and forth on purchasing the whole pregnancy. We saw endless reviews saying that it wasn’t a good product, that the app didn’t work, that it was useless. But the night our baby was born, I was restless when he was crying and I was restless when he was quiet— I couldn’t ease my fears about whether or not he was breathing. I had a long labor and ended up having a c-section. I was unable to walk for half a day because of the swelling in my legs and the pain from getting up from the bed, so once nurses were done performing their many checks, my baby would fall asleep in the bassinet just a few steps away from the hospital bed. I worried about taking him home — if I was this worried in the hospital, I’d be even worse when we got home!! Needless to say, I bought it with overnight shipping and didn’t even think twice about the price tag. It was on my doorstep for when I was discharged from the hospital. To be honest, it was horrible that first night. The base played the “Hush little baby, don’t you cry” melody almost every hour, waking the baby up. Once the app connected, it would play on the phone, too. We didn’t know that just hitting the button on the base would only pause it. So it went on all night, hush little baby, just blasting from 2 devices. We laugh about it now, but it was a lot to take in as new parents. Now that we’re better about sock placement, turning on the app right when the sock is on, and removing the sock from the base right before putting it on the baby, we’re having a way better time. I knocked a star off for the app not compiling the data after the current session ends; For example, during the current session, it’ll show you a breakdown of the time spent awake or in light/deep sleep versus the session length. Once your session is done, the history isn’t as detailed, so we’re kinda missing out. Additionally, the app lags sometimes when it’s reporting the readings. It says it’ll take 10 minutes, but sometimes it will take longer (upwards of 30) if you don’t have the app on continuously after it’s on baby. Other than that, great product. Bought it to confirm baby is breathing at night and to alert me if not— and it accomplishes that! Just wished the app was better for such an expensive product ;). ... show more

  • A must for an anxious person 😅
Style: Blue
I could not sleep without this product. This gives me peace of mind at night and for that I am grateful. Sometimes it does give me an alert that the sock is isn’t positioned right even when it looks like it is but it usually resolves itself within a minute. I have had a few times where it disconnects from our Wi-Fi and it takes awhile for it to reconnect. However, the positives outweighs the negatives to me. It helps keep an eye on my baby for me. It is easy to use and the socks clearly state which sock is left or right and the size of the sock. It charges extremely fast as well. I couldn’t recommend this product enough if you have an anxious mind like mine. ... show more

  • Terrific Tiny Toe Tracker
Style: Blue
This monitor is designed to provide peace of mind for anxious new moms by tracking a baby's vital signs, including respiration, heart rate, and oxygen levels. If any of these metrics fall below acceptable levels, the monitor will sound an alarm. This allows new moms to rest easily, knowing they will be alerted if their baby needs attention while sleeping. ... show more
