Ease of assembly and works well as intended. Cover fits very snuggly first time but after several tries learned how to do it with ease. Got it for my wife who likes to travel with a bunch of stuff that won't fit in small front basket. She is happy and I am happy with results.

This was fairly easy to assemble and attach to my scooter. The only real negative thing I'd have to say is, the cover that comes with it is too tight to put on. I'll keep working with it and maybe it will stretch enough to fit.

    • Pin won’t fit in hole to attach to scooter.
The quick release pin is too big for me to attach to scooter. The rod fits in the hole but can not put pin in because it is too big. Now I have to go to hardware store.

The item was nice and heavy duty.HOWEVER, it was missing parts and the pieces couldn't be but together due to the holes didn't line up...looks like they soldered it incorrectly ..I RETURNED IT FOR REPLACEMENT
