  • Comfortable, easy to navigate, good battery life.
Style: S1 Claret
Comfortable, easy to navigate, good battery life. Rode it around the county fair for 5 hours with no trouble. The only issue we had was, we can't remove the seat now that it is install (too tight). Seat is comfortable. Controls were easy to operate. Has a reverse alarm, which is nice in a crowded area. Plenty fast enough. Fits in the back of our Dodge Caravan without disassembly. I wish it came in blue. ... show more

Style: S1 Claret
My brother in law loves his new scooter he is a pretty big guy tall but he figured he can’t chase jackrabbits down the hill he fell off he was at maximum speed. I said great does that mean your not going to use it he said no I love it it works great he just can’t horseplay on it.

  • It's great

Everything works fine, and packing was good, I'm 240# so I can't complain too much. But I wish it had a little more power on the bottom end to climb grades, especially on rough ground. That's all.

  • slow and cumbersome don't waste your money
Style: S1 Claret
If the automated women's voice for reversing or forward speed EVERY time you back up or change speeds doesn't drive you crazy then i can't suggest to buy this .. it's actually embarrassing to go out in public because Everyone hears you coming . The most important issue is to return it you will self ship at YOUR EXPENSE and will cost about as much as you paid for it . the company has NO communication with you either. ... show more

  • Inexpensive no frills scooter
Style: S1 Claret
Yes, it was inexpensive, Yes, it serves it's purpose, but I can't lay claims of more than what it is... an economy scooter. In all fairness, it never claimed to be anything other than what it is, and as a first mobility scooter, it will serve it's purpose. It's too soon to judge whether or not the manufacturer's claims for battery life and mileage on a charge are accurate. I will say that the advertisement and the owner's manual are riddled with inconsistencies; load capacity, product weight, and battery type and connection to name a few. I'm also disappointed in the communication from the manufacturer. I reached out to them with questions regarding warranty registration and I have yet to hear back from them... not a good sign and reason for concern should I have an issue with my scooter. ... show more

  • Love it

Love this scooter...all terrain and the battery life is awesome. Can last 2 weeks on a full charge. We use it to do garden work and get the mail.we have a long driveway and a huge backyard. We hold a wheelbarrow in one hand and steer with the other...soo cool.

  • Just A Great Mobility Scooter Overall
Style: S1 Claret
This mobility scooter is thoughtfully designed in both safety features and user-friendly aspect. There wasn't much assembly needed except for the seat and armrests. The whole scooter weighs around 100lbs, and almost half of it comes from the battery. However, the battery is removeable making transporting the scooter a little easier. While the scooter is not considered lightweight, it gives a sense of stability and sturdiness. This scooter might not be one of the fastest, but it has a respectable 6 mph speed that's ample to keep up with someone walking or even jogging. It's easy to operate and drives smoothly. The display screen for the battery and scooter status is bright and clear. One of the things I love about this scooter is its long-range capability. It has a 25-mile rated range before needing a recharge. While this may vary depending on payload and road conditions such as even or sloped terrain, I routinely get around 22-23 miles on even terrain. What equally impressive is that it uses AI Safety System to intelligently decelerate when making turns and automatically controls the speed when going uphill or downhill to prevent risks of rollover. I find these features critically essential for the elderly as their reaction time is significantly reduced. Moreover, there are other built-in features to make it even safer to operate such as LED headlight, anti-tip rear support, and voice notification when in reverse. I find the seat not to be very comfortable, especially for prolonged sitting. An easy remedy would be to add a seat cushion if desired. However, I do like that it can swivel 360 degree for ease of getting on and off. Overall, there's really nothing I can complain about this mobility scooter and would highly recommend to anyone who's currently in the market for it. ... show more

This is a nice scooter. It was easy to put together into charge. I have MS so I have difficulty walking and this has made it so much better for me. It's also easy to take apart and put in your vehicle and then to take out and use when you get to your destination. It's not fast enough that you would risk falling out but it still gets you to where you need to go. ... show more
