This product works really well, just wish the color stayed a bit longer on the skin. I have extremely sparse eyebrows and the hairs I do have are super light brown. I purchased the dark brown to match my natural hair color. The henna did a beautiful job coloring the existing hairs and so far the color has lasted at least 4 days on the hairs. The initial color in my skin was not overbearing and I was pleased with having full looking brows. The only down side is the color only lasted on my skin for a couple days. It really made a difference in my brows. I wasn’t expecting it to work so well. I’ve been looking into ombré tinting my brows, but doing it myself saved me hundreds of dollars. I did make one mistake while trying this. I overestimated the amount of product needed. I mixed the entire 1g pack thinking it wouldn’t be enough, but it was more than enough. The mixed amount is shown in the pictures. The directions state 1/2 a spoonful is sufficient, so I will try that next time. Unfortunately, the mixed henna cannot be saved. However, unused power can be saved in the container they provide for you. To make sure the henna sticked well, I washed my brows with purifying matte cleanser to remove all the oils. I used pond’s pure detox facial foam and a small angled brush. I used wipes to clean the edges as I coated my brows. I did one brow at a time for 7 minutes each. Henna Dye product is simple, easy to use of offers great results. Be sure to have q tips handy to correct any overflow. Best to use an eyebrow brush and qtip for application. If you don't buy the oil don't fret vaseline around the shape you want is fine, this will help avoid stains of henna outside of the shape you are going for. Leave the treatment on 15 mins and then remove. I suggest best application for removal is wet cotton ball. Plenty of powder for each bag to do eyebrows 8-10 times for each bag. The box contains a total of 2 bags. Be sure to mix the Henna Dye with appropriate amount of water and let dissolve properly. Follow the simple directions and you should be fine. I have PCOS and lose half of my right brow when ever my hormones are in wack. I have naturally thigh dark brows and when I lose hair in one spot it’s very obvious. I got this stuff with the intention of dying the skin not the hair. My first couple of times using it, it simply did not last. Reviews also said it would not last and I lost hope but I already had the prouduct so I began trying different application methods so here are my tips and tricks . 1. Make sure the skin is in tacks, and well hydrated 2 wash your face so there is no residue in the brow and let the face fully dry 3. Mix the paste thickly, and layer it on to the area you want to dye 4. Let the paste sit on the skin for as long as possible. Once the outer layer begins to dry I sleep in it and wash it off in the morning. 5. Don’t be afraid of the dark color, it will begin to fade in a few days ... show more

I bought the shade blonde left the product on less than the time directed and the results were perfect. I have red hair and my eyebrows have always been a light blonde. I fill them in most day. I got the light brown, because I read that people were saying it turned out darker than expected. I was a bit skeptical at first because it says just add water but that’s really all that you need. You only need a little bit. It does go along way and did actually last few days I have blondeish eyebrows for whatever reason yet my hair is a dark brown. I’ve tried a bunch of dying products. Oh boy was the color dark. So glad I read the other's reviews about the color and ordered the dark brown. Otherwise, I would have looked like someone drew my eyebrows with a sharpie. But this product worked!! The instructions wasn't super clear. I'm lucky I got it right the first try and the eyebrows came out looking pretty natural. Few things I did - plugged eyebrows to the shape I want beforehand - used at most 1/32 tsp of powder - instead of a "paste," the consistency was more like a thin pancake batter for easier application - mix until the mixture is COMPLETELY smooth. I had to break a few tiny lumps during the process - I used a tiny spatula to apply the mix but you can use the end of the spoon handle that comes with the box - left the mixture on for maybe 10 mins at most - used damp Q-tips to clean off the dried mixture ... show more
