    • EVEN BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE!
I trimmed down a very large hedge that was extremely overgrown. The average size of each shoot 3/8 to 3/4 inch and it cut through them very well, more so than I thought it would, and even a few that were bigger than the specs of the cutter. I used a M18 Red Lithium XC 5.0 battery and it lasted for the entire cut, which took about 12 hours to complete (not running time). I was pleasantly pleased as I thought because of the size of the hedge and it's overgrown state that I'd be changing batteries frequently, but not so! Bottom line = EXCELLENT TOOL! ... show more

    • This is one of those tools I wish I bought years ago
I'm not sure what took me so long to buy this battery powered hedge trimmer, seeing that I'm already in the Milwaukee ecosystem having other M18 battery powered tools. This hedge trimmer is super nice and a pleasure to use! I went outside to "try out" my new hedge trimmer, and ended up just trimming everything that needed to be trimmed, and in probably a total of 10 minutes for about 8 different bushes/small landscape decorative trees. The thing is quiet, it's powerful, and I love the 24" reach of the blade. Should have bought this years ago, but I'm glad I have it now. Well worth the money, buy it. ... show more

    • Nice but very heavy
The trimmer works extremely well and has a lot of power. The only negative is how heavy it is. I spend a fair amount of time in the gym and have a better than average level of strength and this thing absolutely wore me out trying to wield it!
